| Classroom teaching is the core of teaching work in local teachers colleges,and it is the main position to train local basic education teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the quality of classroom teaching to accelerate the teaching reform in those schools and to train high-quality teachers in primary and secondary schools.With the introduction of a series of national policies on teacher education and the overall deepening of the reform of the construction of teachers’ ranks in the new era,our country teachers’ education in such colleges has ushered in some new opportunities,and at the same time,there arise such problems as biased teaching goal,monotonous teaching process,weak teaching service and undesirable teaching effect.Based on the certification of teachers’ specialty,this paper is to discuss that the certification of normal specialty is the quality guarantee of the reform of classroom teaching in those school,focusing on the classroom teaching of local teachers colleges.Through the investigation of the present situation of classroom teaching in local teachers colleges,this study analyzes the problems existing in classroom teaching,and analyzes the root causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding strategies for the reform of classroom teaching.The purpose of this study is to promote the reform of classroom teaching,to promote the construction of teacher education quality guarantee system,and to improve the training quality of teachers’ specialized personnel in such colleges.This research is divided into five parts,a brief introduction is given as follows.The first part is the introduction,mainly discussing the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods and research ideas.The second part is the theoretical analysis,which mainly includes:the certification of teachers’ specialty,the definition of the core concept of classroom teaching in local teachers colleges,humanism and constructivism.This paper expounds the relationship between the certification of teachers’ specialty and the classroom teaching in local teachers colleges and the enlightenment to the reform of the classroom teaching.The third part is the empirical research,with the help of questionnaire survey,interview method,mainly from the classroom teaching objectives,classroom teaching process,classroom teaching services,this paper investigates the present situation ofclassroom teaching development in local teachers colleges from four dimensions of classroom teaching effect,and analyzes the problems existing in classroom teaching at present.The fourth part is the reason analysis,aiming at the root causes of the problems existing in the classroom teaching in the local teachers colleges,from four aspects: the weakening of the normal education,the solidification of the teaching system,the low investment in the teaching and the partial evaluation of the teaching.The fifth part is the analysis of countermeasures,aiming at the root causes of the problems existing in classroom teaching in local teachers colleges under the background of the certification of teachers’ specialty,from strengthening normal education,perfecting teaching system and increasing teaching investment,Four aspects of improving teaching evaluation put forward corresponding countermeasures to the reform of classroom teaching in those colleges. |
