The Application Of Dialogue-based Teaching In The Education Of Socialist Core Values

In 2017,the Ministry of Education incorporated socialist core values into the moral education of primary and secondary schools.In the high school stage,ideological and political courses bear important moral education functions and are important carriers for the "three entries" of socialist core values teaching.However,due to the influence of long-term exam-oriented education It is difficult for high school teachers to get rid of the one-way indoctrination teaching method,so that the theory of socialist core values teaching emerges from the disadvantages of student life and cultivation effect floating on the surface.Based on the analysis of relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,it is necessary and feasible to apply dialogue-based teaching to the education of socialist core values.It is conducive to the organic integration of national identity,social identity and self-realization.Realizing the organic unity of socialist core values and multi-value orientation provides new ideas for the teaching of ideological and political courses.Through questionnaires,teacher-student interviews,teaching observations and internships,under the impetus of quality education,the relationship between teachers and students has gradually become more harmonious,and classroom teaching has also turned from teachers to full-fledged students to enjoy a certain say.However,due to various reasons,such as the failure of dialogue to resonate,the failure to respect differences in dialogue,the failure to activate the mind.,the failure to integrate into life,etc.The education of socialist core values has suffered from “awkward silence”,“harm”,"aphasia","unreal" and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward four suggestions from the aspects of teacher-student relationship,dialogue situation,dialogue carrier,dialogue subject,dialogue mechanism: Ideological and political course teachers should change the role of dialogue,be good at building dialogue carrier,promote multi-party dialogue and form normal dialogue mechanism,in order to enhance the temperature,breadth,depth and validity of socialist core values teaching,and effectively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.
