General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that schools should put moral education in a more important position,so that the seeds of core socialist values can take root in the hearts of children.Junior high school students are in a stage of rapid physical and mental development and are in a critical period of ideological character and value formation.They urgently need the school to give correct guidance in the development of ideological character and to help students gradually establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Junior high school morality and rule of law course are guided by the socialist core value system,and are the main channel and important position for students to conduct socialist core value education.Effectively integrate the core socialist values into the curriculum of morality and rule of law course in junior high schools,promote mainstream ideas,and help students internalize the core socialist values in their hearts and actions.This is the responsibility and mission of every morality and rule of law teacher.The research of this article is mainly divided into three parts.The first part discusses the necessity and feasibility of integrating socialist core values into junior middle school morality and rule of law course.First,it explains the great significance of cultivating and practicing socialist core values for young students,and then discusses the necessity and possibility of integrating socialist core values into junior high school morality and rule of law course based on the relevant requirements of the Party Central Committee and the Ministry of Education,as well as the morality and rule of law teaching goals and textbook content.The second part,combined with the current state of morality and rule of law teaching,points out the current problems in the integration of socialist core values into junior high school morality and rule of law course.The main reason is that teachers'awareness of integration-is not strong enough,and the integration method is not flexible,the phenomenon of knowledge instillation under the "point-only theory" thinking still exists;there is a "generation gap" in values between teachers and students,and the integration effect is not ideal.Then it analyzes the reasons for the existing problems.The main reasons are the uneven professionalism and ability of the teachers and the unreasonable evaluation of the morality and rule of law course.The third part is the foothold of this article.In view of the existing problems,it puts forward several strategies for integrating socialist core values into junior high school morality and rule of law.The specific aspects are as follows:improve the professional quality of moral and rule of law teachers;build efficient ethics and rule of law In the classroom,give full play to the key role of the classroom;develop practical courses on ethics and rule of law;improve the evaluation standards of ethics and rule of law.
