| Research purposes: DiaoJia Village in Xi’an is the birthplace of the Fancy rope skipping,and “Rope King“ Hu Anmin is the founder of the Fancy rope skipping.Xi’an,Shanxi Province,as the hometown of pattern rope skipping,140 years of heritage history has pushed it onto the stage of non-material culture.In 2013,it was listed in the fourth batch of intangible cultural heritage in Shanxi Province,and sports sports records of Shanxi Province were collected with local characteristics.This study investigates the current situation of Xi’an City pattern skipping ropes,sorts out the development and evolution history of pattern skipping ropes in Xi’an City,sorts out the content of Xi’an City pattern skipping ropes,analyzes its characteristics,and investigates the current situation of Xi’an City pattern rope skipping.Conduct the current situation and propose rationalization.The aim is to promote the widespread dissemination and cultural heritage of the Xi’an pattern rope skipping movement,and to provide a theoretical reference for the development of pattern rope skipping in all regions.Research methods: This article mainly uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,logical analysis methods and other methods to systematically explore the historical evolution,development status,and influencing factors of the Fancy rope skipping movement in Xi’an.Rationalize the proposal.Research conclusion: 1)the development of xi ’an city flower rope movement has undergone six stages of historical evolution,such as germination,propagation,declination,re-emergence,gradual maturation,and new height.2)xi ’an figure jump rope is different from folk pattern rope exercise,rope skipping athletics mainly comes from the palace entertainment and daily life work,merge the action element such as folk dance,yangko,acrobatics,and constantly set line dance,rope exercise,use rope,string array as one of the suitable for all kinds of sports fitness exercise pattern rope exercise class.3)xi ’an figure rope skipping the main content is divided into 12categories: rope exercise,use rope,rope,rope dance,jump rope,jump ball of string array,taste,cross line,rope skipping,rope skipping,marching relays and skip rope rally.According to different age groups,different technology level participants practice the different ropes.4)xi ’an city pattern jumping rope performance clothing adopts the characteristics of the qing dynasty clothing,the equipment USES the original wooden handle,the rope body material and the northwest university jointlydeveloped,the winter is not hard,the summer is not soft.5)xi ’an municipal flower rope movement has been passed through six generations of rope skills,and the main mode of inheritance is family inheritance,inheritance and social inheritance.6)xi ’an city flower rope movement is based on school development;The development of social development is based on the training point of diao jia village,and gradually develops to the surrounding area of xi ’an,which ACTS as a national fitness center.Sports competition,as an important test of the development of xi ’an city flower rope movement,is mainly manifested in the increasing number of participants,and the competitions are gradually rich,and the rules of the competition are gradually revised and complete.7)main problems: the content of the project needs to be constantly enriched;In the development of the school,there is a lack of teaching materials and teaching materials,which lack professional teachers.In the development of social development,there is a lack of systematic gyms and fixed pattern skipping training points;There is a lack of publicity and management in the competition.Suggestions :1)optimize the characteristics of innovative folk pattern jumping rope;2)the development of the characteristic curriculum of pattern skipping school;3)strengthen teacher construction and improve the professional level of teachers;4)form a systematic square exercise rope dance;5)research and development of pattern skipping fitness software for mass fitness;6)establish a training base for Chinese pattern rope skipping. |
