It is through experiment research that the biological phenomena and the laws of vital movements were found.In consequence,Biology is a typical sort of science based on experiments.The proportion of the testing part about the ability to do experiments and explore in National Collage Entrance Examination is increasing year after year,which is aimed to make the students develop their scientific ways of thinking and the capacity of exploring during the process of experiments.In January,2018,the curriculum standard of biology in normal senior high school was promulgated with revision,which clearly put forward the four main qualities of biology learning that contain scientific thinking and scientific exploration.At present,there are plenty of analysis and research on the test about experiment ability in National Collage Entrance Examination,while few of them can connect with the curriculum standard of biology in normal senior high school of 2018,or meet the need of the present education.The deep research on the curriculum standard and the experiment testing part in National Collage Entrance Examination volume,therefore,is beneficial for us to figure out the guide of this examination and then,to make the teaching of biology experiments in senior high school more effective.This author uses the methods of questionnaire survey and literature research,carries out the research on the analysis,cultivation,preparing strategies and other problems about the experiment ability testing part in National Collage Entrance Examination.This paper includes the following five parts:The first part is an exordium which expounds the background of the problem,research purpose and meaning.Through the analysis about the key competences of biology in senior high school,the author obtains the research ideas,ways,features and other fundamental factors on the topic given in this paper.In the second part,through the survey and research about the present situation of biology experiment teaching in senior high school,the author analyzes the problems existed.The third part is,the research on the ontology characteristic of the testing papers of experiment ability in National Collage Entrance Examination inrecent years.According to the completion ways of questions in the examination,the author divides the questions into different types and analyzes their features,at the same time,takes the methods of statistic analysis and questionnaire survey with a purpose.Not only the students in senior three,but also the teachers in senior high school are investigated.The author finds out the common problems which the students face when they are solving the questions about experiment in National Collage Entrance Examination,and then makes a concrete analysis.The fourth part is about the cases.In this part,the author designs some cases and makes analysis for the typical biology experiments in senior high school.In the fifth part which is named epilogue,the author expounds the conclusion of the paper,the insufficiency and the concept of further study.Through the analysis of the test of experiment ability in National Collage Entrance Examination in this paper,it can be concluded that: Firstly,the class experiments of biology in senior high school are not so effective now,with the low participation of students and the problems like the low ratio of scores on the questions about experiment.Secondly,as the main subject qualities of biology,the scientific thinking and scientific exploration,are the emphases of testing part in National Collage Entrance Examination.They can strongly push the change of teachers' teaching ways and ideas,and provide new ideas for the reform of biology teaching in senior high school.It can be beneficial for the improving of students' biology subject quality in accordance with the strategies of biology experiment teaching and preparing in senior high school given in this paper.With the students' independence cultivated,these strategies can change the bad tendency of relying on teachers too much in study,and help them finish the study work better.Therefore,it can help with the cultivation of students' abilities like exploring,practicing,autonomic and cooperative learning greatly.At the same time,these strategies can contribute to the cultivation of students' learning interest,especially the interest about experiments,and then make them more enthusiastic about biology learning.
