Science and technology are the foundation of national prosperity,innovation is the soul of national progress.In order to drive innovation,it is necessary to speed up the drive of talent.Talents are the important part of national talent resources,the key factor in scientific and technological innovation and the important force to promote the economic and development of the country.Graduate education in China is an important stage of training innovative talents.The quality of education determines the quality of innovative talents.At present,the mode of graduate students' innovation education in China is the graduate team formed by the tutors and students on the basis of the subject.The main content of the graduate team is learning and innovation,and the team atmosphere can be formed through the cooperation and discussion among the members.Previous studies have shown that a better external environment that is free and encourage adventure is more conducive to stimulate individual innovation behavior than investment in hardware and material facilities.Based on the review of the social cognition theory and the self-efficacy theory,this study focuses on the influence of the master's team innovation atmosphere on the individual innovation behavior,and selects the innovation self-efficacy as the intermediary variable,trying to explore the intermediary effect of the innovation self-efficacy between the two relationships.The theoretical models between the three are constructed,and four hypotheses are put forward through deductive reasoning,and verified by empirical analysis.This paper conducted questionnaire surveys from the graduates in the Hunan University,Xiangtan University,Changsha University of Science and Technology.The measurement of the three variables,mainly use the foreign mature scales,and also selected the scales suitable for China's national conditions from domestic scholars,to ensure the scientific and effectiveness.In this paper,300 valid questionnaires were collected,and the structural equation model was used to verify the theoretical modelThe research results show that team innovation atmosphere has a significant positive influence on the graduates innovation behavior;The team innovation atmosphere positively influences its innovation self-efficacy;innovation self-efficacy has positive effect on innovation behavior;at the same time,innovative self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary in the relationship between team innovation atmosphere and innovation behavior This research makes efforts to the"black box" of the individual innovative behavior.At the same time,the empirical results also show that combine the team innovation atmosphere and the innovative self-efficacy in management can stimulate the individual to produce more innovative behavior.
