As the increase of research funding in our universities,national development policies had changed,from "Made in China" to "China Innovation".There had been high-quality for less than the demand situation on talent college.The country through a series of incentives to encourage students to pursue a research work to ensure national construction personnel needs in recent years.In the external environment,The Postgraduate Innovation Behavior Training is imperative.Graduate innovative behavior was not only influenced by external environmental factors,while there was a correlation with the personal qualities and social perception and other factors.Currently in college studies,there were many studies on innovation capacity but innovation capability should be part of innovative behavior,it emphasizes the ability of individuals able to do something,and this ability may not translate into real products,namely innovation knowledge and ideas might not translate into productivity.Therefore,this paper attempts to find an effective way to increase the external factors in order to enhance the graduate creative behavior that have graduate innovative behavior can effectively through social perception related factors.In this paper,we chose the colleges graduate students in the team of teachers and students as research subjects,exploring the mechanism of team innovation atmosphere Graduate Innovative behavior.We analyzed the applicability of various scales and established conceptual model on the basis of the relevant literature review and theoretical article.We considered the following points when we built on the main idea.First,team innovation climate scale,interpersonal trust scale and innovation behavior scale had cross-group effect from the conclusions of previous studies.That means different scholars always used the same scale at the same time on different subjects,and the reliability and validity of the scale was good.So we believed that innovative atmosphere can be divided into four dimensions,such as innovation support,vision,task-oriented and interactive frequency based on the present study which drawn on previous research team.The interpersonal trust could be divided into three dimensional between graduate and mentor,such as scheming type of trust,understanding type of trust and relational type of trust,etc.Secondly,we proposed that team innovation atmosphere may have an impact on students innovative behavior through interpersonal trust by "Environment-cognitive-behavior" logic relations.Finally,whether the team size would affect the team innovation atmosphere for graduate innovative behavior prediction efforts if the team innovation climate impact on graduate students' innovative behavior and has a predictive effect.And what was the most effective team size.In this paper,we adjusted the scales partly on the basis of reference relevant literature on the maturity scale,which combined with a team of teachers and the specificity and uniqueness of individual students to describe the scale of the words.We owed the official results by the pre-survey questionnaire.We surveyed 30 cities and about 18 universities across the country in graduate school and eventually get 296 valid questionnaires.Using statistical software SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0,through descriptive statistical,exploratory and confirmatory factor,multi-group and structural equation modeling analysis mentioned on nine articles for verification.Through data analysis,concluded:(1)Teachers and student team's innovation atmosphere can be divided into four dimensions,namely,innovation support,vision,mission-oriented and interactive frequency.The team has a second-order factor level innovation atmosphere,high level of correlation between each dimension at the same time.(2)Teachers and student team's innovation atmosphere for graduate students have a positive influence on innovation behavior.Thus this promoting innovation comes mainly from the team atmosphere of innovation support and vision.In the teacher-student team,although the frequency of task-oriented and interactive innovation behavior positively associated with students,but this correlation increased innovation behavior did not play a significant role in predicting and promoting.(3)Interpersonal trust between graduate and mentor played some role in the mediation team innovation atmosphere and graduate innovative behavior relationships.Among them,the graduates' level of scheming type of trust and relational type of trust can promote increased innovation behavior,but the increase of understand type trust will reduce the Graduate Innovation behavior.(4)Team size between innovation atmosphere and graduate innovative behavior has a significant regulatory role.From the division of team size point of view,when the number of instructor-led task team size in 6-10 world,the role of team innovation atmosphere Graduate Innovative behavior maximum intensity;team size is not always better,from the path of the regression coefficients,the 4-5 the initial size of the team who can complete the tasks,similar 11-20 person team efficiency and 4-5 person team size efficiency,when the team size of more than 20 people,the team atmosphere for innovation innovative graduate degree of influence on the behavior decreased significantly,this scale behavior team members often suffer declining influence of individual responsibility.Finally,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of the conclusions of the study on the construction of innovative behavior and graduate university teachers and students to enhance the team,including: teacher-student team should prioritize areas to build an atmosphere of innovation;mentor teacher can change from graduate students in terms of interpersonal trust teachers to proceed in the promotion student exchange process and promoting innovative behavior;control postgraduate team size,enhance graduate innovative behavior.
