In twenty-first Century, the competition between knowledge and talents is fierce. In this context, the innovative consciousness and creative ability of college students have become an important factor to enhance China's international competitiveness and enhance its overall national strength. The innovative behavior of college students in local colleges and universities can not be simply equated with the innovative behavior of employees, and should be able to truly reflect the group characteristics of College students. To explore the structure of innovative behavior of college students has a great practical significance for promoting the innovative ability of college students, improving the quality of talents training and solving the employment problems of College students.Creative self-efficacy reflects the self-confidence of creative behavior by influencing the creative thinking and creativity of individuals.College students can perceive the University's support for individual innovative behavior through its innovative atmosphere, thus affecting its innovative behavior in school. Therefore, this paper takes the local college students as the research object, and studies the relationship among innovative atmosphere, creative self-efficacy and innovative behavior of College students. On the basis of literature review, this paper develops a questionnaire for measuring innovative behavior of college students by means of project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability and validity test. The questionnaire data were collected by adopting the revised innovation climate and creative self-efficacy scale, and the self-made college students innovative behavior scale. After the data were collected, descriptive statistics analysis was carried out for each scale,This paper describes the present situation of innovation climate, creative self-efficacy and college students' innovative behavior in local universities in China, and describes their reliability and validity.Using AMOS20.0,a structural equation model is established to test the relationship between the innovation climate, the sense of self efficacy and the innovative behavior of college students, and the hypothesis of the model is verified by the three models.Construct the total structural equation model with the sense of innovation self-efficacy as mediator, and test the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy on the innovation climate and the innovative behavior of College students.Furthermore, the relationshipmodel between three dimensions of innovation atmosphere,a single dimension innovation self-efficacy and Four dimensions of College Students' innovative behavior is constructed. The main research conclusions of this paper are presented:1.The college students' innovative behavior measurement scale is a four dimension concept, including thinking mode, academic exploration, life practice and academic study. The result of factor analysis shows that the self-made questionnaire for measuring college students' innovative behavior has good reliability and validity.Through the reliability test, the college students' innovation behavior scale and the Cronbach 's alpha reliability coefficient and the split half reliability coefficient of each dimension were all greater than 0.6,indicating that the scale has good reliability.Confirmatory factor analysis results show that the model of absolute fit index, the value of adapting the fit index and simple fitness indicators are in a reasonable range, better reflect the goodness of model fit reasonably, shows a good effect of the scale,is a useful tool to study college students' innovative behavior.2.The innovative behavior of college students in local colleges and universities in China needs to be improved. The overall average college students' innovative behavior is 3.47,which is in the middle level."Learning achievement" has the highest innovative score, while the "academic exploration" dimension has the lowest innovation score, but even the " average academic learning " dimension is only 3.670,and did not achieve the desired level of innovation behavior. The average of innovation climate in universities is at the middle level, and in each dimension, the average score from high to low is teacher-student relationship, school culture and classmate relationship. The mean score distribution of creative self-efficacy is more uniform.3.Innovation atmosphere in University on innovation self-efficacy has significant positive correlation;innovation self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on College Students' innovative behavior;innovation atmosphere in University also significantly positive on College Students' innovative behavior.Innovative self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between innovation climate and innovative behavior of College students. That is to say,the positive influence of innovative atmosphere on College Students' innovative behavior is partly mediated by the mediating variable of creative self-efficacy.4.The three sub dimensions of innovation climate have significant positiveeffects on the four sub dimensions of College Students' innovative behavior, but their influences are different. On the whole, the relationship dimension of students has the greatest impact on College Students' innovative behavior.Creative self-efficacy has significant positive influence on the thinking style dimension, academic exploration dimension, life practice dimension and academic study dimension of College Students' innovative behavior.Among them, the creative self-efficacy has the greatest influence on the thinking dimension of College Students' innovative behavior, followed by life practice dimension, academic study dimension and academic exploration dimension.
