Folk games are born from the traditional history and culture,shouldering the great responsibility of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional Chinese culture.Folk games have their own unique characteristics and educational value,close to the children's actual life,in line with the children's physical and mental development level and age characteristics.It can meet the various development needs of young children and promote the development of children's body and mind in the game.The application of folk games to kindergarten health education activities not only enriches the content of children's games,but also enriches the health education resources of kindergartens,thus promoting the construction of kindergarten folk culture,and bringing more pleasant emotional experiences to children.To a large extent,it promotes the all-round development of young children.This study uses the literature method,observation method,investigation method and action research method,and explores how to implement the combination of folk games and kindergarten health education activities in practice.Firstly,it discusses the origin of the application of folk games in kindergarten health education activities and the purpose and significance of the topic selection.It also reviews the literature from the perspectives of folk games,and defines the concept of the content of this research.Research content and methods of research.Secondly,through the observation method and the investigation method,we can understand the current situation of the application of folk games in kindergarten health education activities,including the development of folk games,the organization of teachers and the importance of kindergartens to folk games,and then the health education activities of folk games in kindergartens.All the values in the application are analyzed in depth.Thirdly,the action research method is used to combine the folk games with the kindergarten health education activities,prepare for the activities,carry out the activities,set the goals of the activities,and evaluate and reflect after the activities.Finally,through summarization and reflection,it is found that the application of folk games in kindergarten health education activities lacks appropriateness in the formulation of objectives,lack of innovation in content,insufficient professional competence of teachers,limitations of activities venue materials,etc.Suggest.Through the discovery of problems in practice,and on the existing research results,the recommendations of folk games applied to kindergarten health education activities are proposed for future research.
