With the rapid development of information technology, big data and artificial intelligence as the representative of "digital economy" have become the core driving force of industrial transformation and the new focus of international competition. How will the widespread application of big data and artificial intelligence technology affect the labor market in China? What are the characteristics of these effects? These problems have begun to attract more and more attention from the academic and business circles. In the past, research focused on the industrial level to analyze the impact of emerging technology advances on the labor market, and less quantitative analysis from the perspective of enterprises. This paper attempts to expand the data source and apply new data analysis methods based on the existing research, and quantitatively analyze the structural change trend of the online labor market under the emerging technology based on the actual talent demand of enterprises. This paper collects 2173 "big data" and "artificial intelligence" as the key information through online recruitment website(Zhaopin.com),and uses the field "post description" as text data to automatically identify the structured topic model in text mining, then summarizes 10 topics.Firstly,it analyzes the similarities and differences between the two types of technologies on the text topic.Secondly,it further applies the beta regression to test the degree of influence of the enterprise attributes(industry, region, ownership, scale)on different topics. Finally,we use the different categories of enterprise recruitment as a covariate to verify its impact on subject bias. This paper takes the enterprise demand side as the guide to establish a framework diagram of the impact of emerging technologies on the online labor market structure. The study found that:1)Big data and artificial intelligence technology are characterized by Skill-Biased Technical Change, and labor factor investment is greater than capital factor investment;2)The "post description" text subject of two types of technology shows differences in soft and hard skills, the requirements of two types Posts for "hard" are greater than "soft" skills, showing more preference for "hard" talents;3)Corporate attributes(industry, region, ownership, scale)have a clustering effect on text themes;4)As for the corporate, the demand for talents of artificial intelligence tends to be technical development posts at this stage, while the demand for talents at the current stage of big data jobs is more biased towards industry applications. This paper analyzes the text semantics of big data and artificial intelligence recruitment information on the enterprise side of demand side, and quantitatively reveals its structural impact on the online labor market.Provide more basis for enterprises and universities to cultivate and gather emerging technology talents, and jointly promote the integration of digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,so as to exert more value.
