Objective: Comprehensively understand the specific practice of volleyball special courses in secondary schools affiliated to Fudan University,test and analyze the characteristics of sports load and energy consumption and the changing rules of students in volleyball special classes,so that teachers can timely adjust and improve teaching methods and means,and strive to meet the objectives of special courses;pay attention to special physical fitness training To promote the development of general physical fitness with special physical fitness,cultivate sports interest,and provide theoretical basis and reference for further improving the teaching quality of specialized courses and promoting the development of special education.Methods: This research mainly uses the literature data method,test method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to conduct a one-year exercise load and energy consumption tracking test?for students of the first grade volleyball special class of Fudan University High School.The objective data will be tested.Objectively analyze and analyze the specific effects of the implementation of the specialized curriculum in the school based on the content of the classroom teaching and the progress of the teacher.Result:(1)The overall exercise load and energy consumption of the special class: the heart rate and energy consumption indicators showed jagged fluctuations,the average heart rate of boys was 130 beats/min,the average energy consumption was 217kcal/h,the average heart rate of girls was 132 beats/min;the average energy consumption was 181kcal/h.(2)Single-item technology and content class sports load situation: the average heart rate of the ball-free technique is 127.25±1.39 beats/min,the highest heart rate is 155.33±4.88 beats/min;the average heart rate of the mat technique is149.04±6.54 beats/min,and the maximum heart rate is 169.89±6.46 times/points;the average heart rate of the passing technique is 129.1±3.59 beats/min,the highest heart rate is 153.74±9.42 beats/min;the average heart rate of the teeing technique is131.94±6.11 beats/min,and the maximum heart rate is 150.44±3.18beats/min;The average heart rate of the technique was 135.24±2.52 beats/min,and the highest heart rate was 166.89±5.80 beats/min.The average heart rate of the teaching competition was 134.15±2.00 beats/min.The maximum heart rate was 164.33±2.08 beats/min.The average heart rate of physical fitness was146.33 ±6.51 beats/min,the highest heart rate of 173.25±0.82 beats/min.(3)The sports load situation of different technical combination classes: the average heart rate of the pass and pad technique combination class is 136.75±4.19 beats/min,the highest heart rate is 162.25±6.40beats/min;the average heart rate of the pass ball +serve skill combination class129.50±3.70 beats/min,the highest heart rate was 157.50±3.00 beats/min;the average heart rate of the padding service + competition technical combination class was134.50±2.12beats/min,and the highest heart rate was 162.50±4.95 beats/min;The average heart rate of the smash technique combination class was137.00±1.41beats/min,and the maximum heart rate was160.00±0.00 beats/min.(4)Energy consumption of individual technology and content classes: The average energy consumption of the ball-free technical class is 2.22±0.05kcal/min,the average energy consumption of the pad technique class is 3.61±0.83kcal/min,and the average energy consumption of the ball technique class is 2.28±0.56kcal/min,the average energy consumption of the teeing technical course is 3.55±0.37kcal/min,the average energy consumption of the smashing technical course is 3.57±0.35kcal/min,the average energy consumption of the teaching competition content is 2.41±0.57kcal/min,and the average energy consumption of the physical fitness content is 4.51± 0.73/min.(5)Energy consumption of different technical combination classes: the energy consumption of the pass + pad technique combination class is 3.88±0.57kcal/min;the average energy consumption of the pass pad + serve combination class is3.46±0.29kcal/min;The average energy consumption of the tee + competition technical combination class is 2.72 ± 0.15kcal/min;the average energy consumption of the pad +tee technology combination class is 3.48 ± 0.74kcal/min.(6)Heart rate load and energy consumption of students of different genders: From the perspective of heart rate load,the pass rate,the ball technique and the serve technique,the heart rate of girls is higher than that of boys;without ball technique,smash technique,pad technique,teaching competition,Girls have a lower heart rate than boys.In terms of energy consumption,in addition to the ball-free technology,the rest of the technical content of energy consumption boys are higher than girls.Conclusion:(1)From the perspective of the overall exercise load and energy consumption of the special class,the heart rate and energy consumption indicators focus on medium intensity,and the fluctuation of energy consumption is more obvious than the heart rate,which is in line with the characteristics of special sports.(2)From the perspective of sports load and energy consumption in the single technology and content class,the heart rate load and energy consumption of the three technical stages of the technical content fluctuated,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Pad technology,teeing technology,smashing technique,physical fitness heart rate and energy consumption focus on medium intensity,ball less technology,passing technology,teaching competition focus on light intensity;the highest heart rate of each technology in addition to pad technology,smashing technology Physical fitness has reached a high level of intensity,and other technologies have reached a medium intensity level.(3)From the perspective of exercise load and energy consumption of different technical combination classes,there was no significant difference in heart rate load and energy consumption between the various technical combinations(P>0.05).Passing the ball+ serve combination class is mainly light intensity,and the other three technical combinations are focused on medium and low intensity;and the maximum heart rate of the four combined classes is high intensity except for the pass ball + serve combination.(4)From the perspective of students of different genders,the heart rate and energy expenditure of male students were significantly higher than those of girls in the techniques and combination courses with higher emphasis on strength and comprehensive ability,but the overall difference was not significant(P>0.05).(5)The analysis of teaching effects,the teaching methods used by students' padding and teeing techniques are diverse,and the proportion of medium intensity is high,which can meet the dual needs of students' physical exercise and technical learning;the teaching time and content arrangement of off-ball technology is less,teachers emphasize practice Less;and the effect of passing and smashing techniques is not ideal: the technical requirements are high,and it is difficult to grasp and use in a short time;the training content of each stage of physical fitness is different,and there is no ball to pass the ball.The high intensity ratio is higher,and the exercise effect is the most ideal.In the teaching competition,the students do not fully grasp the relevant technology,the exercise effect is weak,and the technology serialization and conversion ability need to be strengthened.
