| Objective: This paper mainly explores the application of GT3X(GT3X)to monitor the best energy consumption of badminton.Study method: 42 college students trained in badminton were selected as the subjects,Wear GT3 X,in 10 parts of the body,including the head,right big arm,left big arm,right wrist,left wrist,waist,right thigh,left thigh,right ankle and left ankle Features of ACx 、 ACy 、 ACz and VM values;Wear the Metamax 3B gas metabolic energy consumption analyzer(Metamax 3B)simultaneously,Measured by oxygen capture,carbon dioxide emissions,breathing quotient,exercise heart rate,carbohydrate consumption,fat consumption,protein consumption,and total energy consumption during 10km/h running and badminton matches,Compare the energy consumption differences between badminton matches and resting status and 10km/h runs,Taking total energy measurement(EEm)measured by indirect heat measurement(Metamax 3B)as the calibration value,Explore the relationship between wearing accelerometer sensor and indirect heat measurement in different parts of badminton,In order to find the best wear area for three-axis accelerometer GT3 X,It provides a reference for the study of badminton energy consumption characteristics and monitoring methods.Results :(1)The results of this experiment show that the equivalent amount of badminton competition is as high as 12.11 METs,The measured value EEm kcal/min,12.86 Carbohydrate energy supply EECHO about 88%,Fat energy EEFAT 3%,9% EEPRO protein,HR heart rate is 156 beats/ min,At the same time,the respiratory exchange rate RER greater than 1.(2)The VM measurement of GT3 X in badminton matches is from large to small in the order of right wrist,left wrist,right arm,left ankle,left arm,right ankle,head,right thigh,left thigh and waist.(3)In badminton competition,the correlation coefficient between VM value and GT3 X value and Metamax 3B measured value EEm is quite different.Both the correlation coefficient is 0.09 and 0.773 at the wrist,and R= 0.773 and R= 0.724 on the left leg.(4)The energy consumption of badminton was estimated by GT3 X,showing the 10 wearing parts,the wrist and ankle and the waist and large legs;the correlation coefficient of waist energy consumption is R= 0.864 and the left wrist is R= 0.15.(5)It is found that through Bland-Altman point map(B-A diagram),the mean value of waist difference is 0.56,0.16 in the right thigh,0.25 and head-0.17 difference are less than 1,and the difference is close to 0,but only the waist prediction value of the four parts are in the confidence range.Research Conclusion:(1)Badminton competition is high strength physical activity,and when wearing the triaxis accelerometer GT3 X in 10 different parts,the VM value,the upper limb is larger than the lower limbs,the VM value of the equation,etc.(2)In badminton competition,GT3 X VM value and EEm and the predicted value and EEm are the highest,both are the waist near the center of the body,followed by the large leg,while the wrist and arm away from the center of the body is very low;from the analysis results of B-A figure,the predicted value of the waist energy and the measured value is high.Therefore,it is comprehensively considered that the waist is the best wearing position for the three-axis accelerometer GT3 X to monitor the badminton energy consumption. |
