purpose: Based on the built-in acceleration sensor of smart phone,the original acceleration signal processing method of fitness rope skipping is discussed,and the energy consumption prediction equation of fitness rope skipping is established and verified.Then,Lay the foundation for the application in the study.Methods:54 subjects(27 males and 27 females),40 experimental groups and 14 subjects in the validation group were selected.54 subjects were simultaneously wearing a red rice cell phone and a gas metabolite analyzer(Cosmed K4b2)to complete the two parts of the test;test action for the continuous and step by step,(1)the first part of the test for the fixed frequency test(2)The second part of the test for the modeling group of the test,by the test group,The subjects sit for 5 minutes and then perform a 5-minute rope skipping test in a 1 x 1 meter square.The original signal is filtered,the trend and the data are synthesized by Matlab software.Using the measured value of K4b2 energy consumption as the dependent variable,the regression equation of mobile phone VM,age,height and body weight is established by stepwise regression method.T-test,intra-group correlation analysis,Bland-Altman graph and other methods to evaluate the accuracy of the mobile energy consumption prediction equation.Results: In the first part of the test,the mean energy consumption at 60 times / minute,90 times / minute,120 times / minute frequency was 6.37 Kcal / min,8.98 Kcal / min,9.76 Kcal / min,respectively(P <0.05).(P <0.05).The three frequencies belonged to high intensity exercise.The results showed that the frequency was 1.000 METs / min,8.03 METs / min and 8.51 METs / min,respectively.The energy consumption of the boys under the three skipping frequencies was significantly different from that of the female students.However,the three types of skipping were not significantly different from those of the girls.The P value was greater than 0.05.In the second part,the correlation coefficient between mobile phone VM and rope skipping was 0.76(P <0.01).The correlation coefficient between mobile phone VM and rope skipping was 0.55,and the positive correlation was moderate(P <0.01).The correlation coefficient R of the prediction equation is 0.897;the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.804;the adjusted R2 is 0.799;the probability value of the equation F test is P <0.01;the regression equation residual error is 1.691.The results of paired t test showed that the measured values of calibration energy were significantly different from those of mobile phones(P <0.05).The Kronbach coefficient of the correlation analysis was 0.717;only one point in the Bland-Altman graph was in the consistency interval,The proportion of the total points of 2.44%,not more than 5% of the standard.Conclusion:(1)the use of 120 times / minute rope skipping frequency compared to other frequencies of the fitness effect is more cost-effective,and better meet the characteristics of human motion.(2)In this study,the treatment method of the original acceleration signal of rope skipping has certain application value,and when the consistency test is carried out by three kinds of test methods,the predicted value of mobile energy consumption and the measured value of calibration energy are better The smart phone can be a good prediction of the energy consumption of fitness rope skipping,can be used as a supplementary device applied to the guidance and intervention of fitness rope skipping.
