| The purpose of this paper is to use actigraph gt9 x to collect the acceleration data of college tennis beginners and proficients,and analyze the differences between different levels and different genders of tennis players through the acceleration synthesis vector.At the same time,in order to better carry out tennis teaching and promote the development of tennis,this paper puts forward a sports energy consumption model of college students majoring in Physical Education(tennis)based on actigraph gt9 x,which is used to assist tennis players in teaching and optimize their energy consumption system.In this study,a total of 80 subjects were selected from Wuhan Institute of physical education,40 in the beginner group and 40 in the proficient group.There were 20 men and 20 women in each group.In the four tests,the subjects wore a gt9 x acceleration sensor at the wrist,shoulder,waist,thigh and ankle with clapping hands to collect the second by second acceleration signal.At the same time,they wore a heart rate monitor to monitor the movement process of right forehand stroke,left backhand stroke,right forehand stroke and left front backhand stroke in tennis,The test time was 6 minutes,with an interval of 1-5 minutes.The test was continued after the heart rate recovered.After the completion of the four tests,the skilled group was given a 10-minute Free Singles test.In the Free Singles test,the actigraph gt9 x acceleration sensor and K4b2 gas analyzer are used to measure human energy consumption.Results:(1)in the right forehand stroke test,the VM comprehensive vector values of wrist,shoulder,waist and thigh of the novice group and the skilled group were significantly different(P < 0.01).In the left backhand stroke test,there were significant differences in 5parts of t test(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in wrist,shoulder and waist of upper body in right forehand stroke test(P < 0.01).In the left front backhand stroke test,there were very significant differences in the five test parts(P < 0.01)(2)The triaxial value and VM value of the proficient group were higher than those of the novice group(P < 0.01)(3)After the relevant variables were screened by Pearson analysis,the prediction models of EE and met were established by stepwise regression method,and the models were verified by multiple methods.The change value of R2 in the process of model construction proves that the equation model has a good explanatory power.Then the Bland Altman chart statistical method is used to verify the model.The t test is used to test the average of the predicted value and the measured value.The results further verify that the two equations can effectively predict the energy consumption data of tennis Free Singles.Research conclusions:(1)the actigraph accelerometer can accurately understand the tennis movement of different technical levels(2)The difference of sports between different genders is obvious(3)Through the test of the two validation methods,it is found that the two prediction models can better predict the energy consumption and metabolic equivalent of tennis. |
