Under the background of promoting quality education and deepening national education reform,the reform of physical education has undoubtedly existed for a long time,but in practice,the intensity and effect of physical education reform have not changed much.The effectiveness of reform depends on changing the views of educators.The concept of "Holistic education" is a new trend in the development of contemporary education and a new perspective for the development of higher education."Holistic education" began in the 1960 s and 1970 s.Its educational thought is to promote "holistic personality" by imparting "complete knowledge",promoting the overall and all-round development of people,and making students become both capable and capable.A person with perfect personality.The concept of "Holistic education" is an important educational ideology of Marxist "human comprehensive development theory",and it is the embodiment of China's contemporary scientific development concept.It complements quality education and conforms to the reality of China's current educational development.This paper uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,teaching experiment method and expert interview method to demonstrate the importance and necessity of "Holistic education" to the reform of badminton teaching in colleges and universities in southern Jiangxi.Firstly,the literature research method is used to collect and demonstrate the research theory,and the theoretical basis is studied.The experimental design and the feasibility of the questionnaire are interviewed and revised through expert interviews to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the research.The experiment was carried out by experiment,and questionnaires were distributed before and after the experiment to test the changes of students' motor psychological indexes before and after the experiment.The results showed that there were significant differences in the badminton comprehensive scores between the experimental and control classes after the experiment,and the experimental class was slightly higher than the control class.There were also significant differences in the various sports psychological indicators between the experimental class and the control class,which was also slightly higher than the control class.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)Infiltrating the concept of "Holistic education" into the badminton teaching of colleges and universities in southern Jiangxi,which can effectively improve the performance of students' badminton.(2)Infiltrating the concept of "Holistic education" into the badminton teaching of colleges and universities in southern Jiangxi,which can effectively improve students' interest in badminton learning.(3)Infiltrating the concept of "Holistic education" into the badminton teaching of colleges and universities in southern Jiangxi,which can effectively improve students' social adaptability.The concept of holistic education is realistically feasible under the support of its unique theory.It actively absorbs nutrition in the concept of holistic education,and cultivates a complete social knowledge structure while improving self,which can effectively promote the healthy development of sports and cultivate Talents with correct values,positive attitudes,healthy posture and good personality development.
