| The "5E" teaching mode is a new teaching mode composed of five links:participation,exploration,interpretation,evaluation and deep processing,which mainly forms the construction of knowledge and skills through students’ independent inquiry.This study mainly applies the "5E" teaching mode to the general badminton course of physical education in colleges and universities,explores the difference between its teaching effect and traditional teaching methods,so as to promote the diversification of teaching methods and optimize the teaching effect in badminton courses,and also fill the gap of "5E" teaching method in the teaching practice of badminton in colleges and universities,enrich and expand the teaching methods of badminton courses for college teachers,and also provide more choices for their teaching modes.This study mainly uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and experimental method to analyze the research content.A 10-week teaching experiment was conducted on 72 students of the 2021 class of the College of Physical Education of Liaoning Normal University,including 36 students in the experimental class(18 boys and 18 girls)and 36 in the control class(18 boys and 18 girls).Among them,the experimental class adopts the "5E" teaching mode for teaching,and the control class adopts the traditional teaching mode for teaching.Before the experiment,the students of the two classes were tested with BMI,and the tests of special physical fitness,subjective exercise experience and special sports skills were carried out to ensure that the two classes were homogeneous and could be experimentally taught.At the end of the study,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)After 10 weeks of teaching intervention,the technical movements of college students’ forehand high and far balls were significantly improved,and there were significant differences before and after the experiment,and the technical movements of forehand high and far balls and forehand killing balls were also improved,and there were significant differences before and after the experiment,indicating that the "5E" teaching mode had a certain role in promoting the special sports skills of college students.(2)After 10 weeks of teaching intervention,the positive well-being of college students was significantly improved,and the degree of psychological distress and fatigue decreased to a certain extent,indicating that the "5E" teaching mode had a certain promoting effect on the subjective exercise experience of college students.(3)After 10 weeks of teaching intervention,the distance of badminton throwing and the speed of "meter" fast movement were significantly improved,and there were significant differences before and after the experiment,but there were no significant differences between 1min double jump and 1500 m running.It shows that the "5E" teaching mode has a certain degree of promotion effect on the special physical fitness of college students. |
