With the promulgation of the Curriculum Standards of Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education(2022 edition),it has become an important direction of PE curriculum teaching reform to develop students’ physical education core quality and promote structured teaching with PE teaching design of large units.However,at present,the research of large unit instructional design is still in its infancy,and the theoretical construction and practical operation are still weak.Therefore,from the research perspective of "five education integration",combining the education concept of the new curriculum standard and the characteristics of physical education itself,this study constructs and applies the education model of integration to optimize the teaching design of large units of physical education,implements the concept of comprehensive education,deepens the reform of physical education,and promotes the key contents and fields of physical education curriculum to be in line with international standards.In this paper,literature,case,interview and other research methods,through the comparative analysis of different versions of physical education and health curriculum standards revealed the development needs of The Times of large unit of physical education instructional design,under the theoretical framework of holistic education analysis of relevant instructional design cases,clarified the specific problems and practical difficulties of large unit of physical education instructional design.On this basis,this study constructs the integrated education model and teaching design process of the large physical education unit,presents specific design cases,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The education connotation of the large unit of physical education is constantly expanding,from paying attention to the learning of physical education and health knowledge to emphasizing the application of physical education and health knowledge,from advocating the experience of competition and cooperation to developing the ability to solve problems using physical thinking,from paying attention to physical health to emphasizing the development of physical literacy.(2)Big unit teaching and thematic learning activities are mutually complementary.The big unit teaching of physical education always takes accomplishment as the goal and provides a "learning field" about accomplishment for the theme learning activities.The theme learning activity is to coordinate education resources for the large unit teaching of sports,and structured the specific knowledge,physical strength,skills,tactics,competition,display,rules,referee methods and other content in the large unit teaching.(3)The integrated education mode of large sports units emphasizes the integration and adaptation of education resources in teaching design,and the core quality of sports,unit objectives and unit themes are the supports of the integrated education mode.(4)From the perspective of holistic education,the teaching design of large units of physical education should always focus on special sports skills,highlight the basic role of physical fitness,and integrate into the course content of health education,interdisciplinary theme learning,etc.If conditions permit,the unit learning content can be the same as that of other disciplines.
