It has reached a consensus in the whole world that entrepreneurship plays an important role in promoting economic development,adjusting economic structure and alleviating employment pressure.And entrepreneurship can be touched proposed by Drucker,which makes the complex entrepreneurship management activities become no longer mysterious.Therefore,entrepreneurship education as an effective strategy to enhance the success rate of entrepreneurship has been incorporated into the top design of countries.The role of entrepreneurship education in the emergence of entrepreneurship behavior has attracted more and more attention from academiaEntrepreneurship is a kind of voluntary behavior,and Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB)can be applied to almost all voluntary behavior,and has quite good results in different research fields.Therefore,TPB has been more and more recognized in entrepreneurship research because of its robustness in predicting behavior tendency and behavior.In this theory,behavioral orientation is the basic element of explaining behavior,indicating that the individual will make efforts to execute the behavior.Attitude towards the behavior,subjective norms together with perceived control,would make up the explanatory variables of intention.In all three instances,the important thing is the sense of capacity regarding the fulfilment of the behavior under consideration namely perceived behavioral control,which would be defined as the perception of ease or difficulty in the fulfilment of the behavior of interest.It is,therefore,a concept quite similar to self-efficacy.The primary objective of entrepreneurship education is not only to make the students have a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship activities and improve their entrepreneurship ability,but also to guide students to have a correct understanding of their entrepreneurship ability.improve their sense of self-efficacy,and make them have a stronger tendency of entrepreneurship behavior.Therefore,this study introduces entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediating variable to explore the impact of entrepreneurial education experience on entrepreneurial behavioral intention.Based on the literature review,this paper summarizes the relevant research on entrepreneurship education experience,entrepreneurship behavior intention and entrepreneurial self-efficacy by domestic and foreign scholars,constructs the research model of this paper,and puts forward relevant hypotheses.Secondly,based on the foreign maturity scale,the questionnaire was designed and pre-surveyed.On the basis of the pre-survey results,the individual items were further modified in order to expect that the items of the questionnaire could represent the content of the research variables to the greatest extent.Thirdly,500 questionnaires were distributed to college students in Shandong Province,and 448 valid questionnaires were recovered after the incorrect or missing questionnaires were excluded.The statistical software SPPS21.0 and AMOS21.0 are used to analyze the data and verify the theoretical model and research hypothesisThe results show that:(1)participation and satisfaction of entrepreneurial education experience can positively affect entrepreneurial self-efficacy;(2)entrepreneurial self-efficacy positively and significantly affects entrepreneurial behavior intention;(3)participation and satisfaction of entrepreneurial education experience can positively and sicgnificantly affect entrepreneurial behavior intention,and the effect of participation is higher than satisfaction;(4)entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role between the participation and satisfaction of entrepreneurship education experience and the entrepreneurial behavior intention.The results show that there is an influence path between entrepreneurial education experience and entrepreneurial behavior intention:entrepreneurial education experience?entrepreneurial self-efficacy entrepreneurial behavior intention.The hypothesis in this paper is supported.This enlightens colleges and universities in the development of entrepreneurship education work should pay attention to improving students participation and satisfaction in entrepreneurship education experience and enhance students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy,so as to guide students to entrepreneurship.improve the entrepreneurship rate of College students.
