The new head teacher of primary school has no working experience as a head teacher.How to use professional skills to carry out the daily management of the class and adapt to the dual roles of teaching and organizational management is a difficult problem that must be considered and solved in the professional development of the new head teacher and the key to become an excellent head teacher.This paper is carried out by the method of narrative research,with two new class teachers who have served as teachers in the author's work unit and have been working as class teachers for less than three years as the specific research objects.A large number of literature materials were collected and the subjects were interviewed in detail.With two primary school,the new teacher in charge in your work experience and experience as the foundation of research,reflect the elementary school's new teacher in charge in the education teaching of confusion and demands,to change this group's professional development to explore research,focus on their difficulties in the process of professional development and confusion,to analyze their professional growth.Based on the theoretical basis of the professional development of the head teacher,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the professional development of the new head teacher from two aspects:the self-improvement of the head teacher and the establishment of effective mechanism of the school.The new head teacher tries to improve herself,strengthen the cognitive depth of education concept,improve the theoretical literacy,improve education wisdom,and consciously promote the professional growth of the new head teacher.At the same time,the school has established the corresponding class teacher qualification certification system,salary system,training system and evaluation system,which can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the new class teacher.The school has organized and purposefully carried out professional development training for class teachers to create a good working atmosphere.It can not only effectively strengthen the professional skills of the new head teachers,but also enhance the professional identity of the new head teachers,so as to promote them to quickly adapt to their professional roles,carry out efficient education management activities,actively participate in education research work,promote practice with theory,and study education in practice.
