With the deepening of education reform and the promotion of quality education,the common concern of the educational community is to focus on the development of students' core literacy.In order to carry out the core accomplishment to the foundation of the basic education,we must pass the teacher's transformation.And the special function of the class teacher's education function makes it play a vital role in the implementation of the core literacy.The author first collects and collects relevant literature and data,and identifies the relationship between class leaders and core literacy,and the factors that influence the development of students' core literacy.Through reading and thinking about the related literature of core literacy,this paper puts forward the quality of class teachers from the perspective of core literacy.Its contents include: leading quality,matching accomplishment and resource integration ability.Matching literacy is the basis for developing students' core literacy,and finding a matching relationship is the most important part of the class teacher's teaching work.It includes the matching of students and educational resources,the matching of teachers and students,the matching of students and students,and the matching between teachers and teachers.After finding the appropriate matching relationship,the quality of the class teacher is embodied in the leading quality.The teacher's leading quality is the deep guidance of the head teacher,the interaction between resources and students,the generation of students' meaningful reactions,and the development of students' core literacy in specific situations.After putting forward the quality of the class teacher in primary school,this system is used to test the head teacher of the X primary school in Wuhan.I hope this theory can be practiced through three months' internship experience.At the same time,a questionnaire survey and interview will be conducted on teachers and students around X primary school in Wuhan.X found Wuhan city primary school teacher teacher literacy problems from the survey,improve and promote the core competence theory,to achieve breakthroughs in core literacy implementation difficulties in practice,the teacher in charge of play to promote a positive influence on students' self generating literacy core purpose.Through the questionnaire survey and interview analysis and observation analysis showed that X primary school teacher teacher literacy has the following problems: the core knowledge literacy is shallow,not deep lead to students,not clear the matching relationship between teaching and management in the process,can not make full use of community and family resources etc..The main reasons for these problems are: the intensity of work is heavy,the burden of tasks is heavy,the school assessment is frequent,the content and form of school head teacher training is not updated in a timely manner,and family and community resources integration is difficult.Based on these problems,the author ponder over these problems,and put forward strategies for improvement,such as the transformation of the value orientation of head teachers' education,the shift from a disciplinary standard to a people-oriented,a humanized working atmosphere in schools,the construction of cooperative relationship between schools and families,and communities.
