Coping style refers to the cognition and behavior of individuals in the face of setbacks and pressures,and is the result of interaction between individual stability factors and situational factors.In the continuous development of competitive competitions today,the athlete’s technical and tactical ability is no longer the main influence factor which affects the athlete’s performance,the athlete’s psychological factor is the key which maintains the best movement level in the sports participation process.The ability to deal with all kinds of problems and pressure is the key to the athlete’s good psychological quality.In this study,the characteristics of coping styles(gender,sports grade,training age)and coping styles of middle school students were studied,and the coping styles and their influencing factors were discussed and validated.In order to find out suitable for the middle school athletes sports competition coping style and the improvement strategy,promotes the competition athletics ability level the exertion.This research takes the coping style of middle school students in Shanxi province as the object of study,taking the middle school athlete as the object of investigation,through the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical Statistics.Based on the questionnaire of Carver’s simple version,the research questionnaire was used to analyze the questionnaire of coping style after localization by SPSS 19.0 Software,and the Independent sample T test was carried out on the gender difference of middle school athletes through SPSS 19.0 software.The variance of the difference of sports grade and training life of middle school athletes was analyzed,and the analysis of the questionnaire of coping style after localization was carried out by Amos22.0,and the coping style and influencing factors were verified.The results show that:(1)through the exploratory and confirmatory analysis of the coping styles of middle school athletes,to draw positive action and plan,accept,seek instrumental support,positive explanation,seek emotional support,self reproach,self release and behavior detachment,denial,emotional catharsis 9 small dimensions of coping with a very structural validity In accordance with the relevant research scholars on the classification of coping styles can be positive action and planning,acceptance and seek instrumental support to divide into the problem coping style;positive explanation,seeking emotional support,self blame divided into emotional response,self liberation and behavior separation,denial,emotional catharsis divided into escape response.(2)Group projects,the students of the individual project adopt direct action and planning,acceptance,instrumental support,active reorganization,emotional support,self reproach,self liberation and Behavior Detachment,denial,and vent coping styles,which are different in gender,different sports grade and different training years.Group projects,The students of the individual project adopt problem coping,emotion coping and evading coping styles,and there are differences in the dimensions of gender,different sports grade and different training years.(3)By exploring the factors influencing the coping styles of middle school students,the paper concludes three factors influencing coping styles: training,sociology,and stressors.(4)Through the study of the relationship between the coping styles of middle school athletes and their influencing factors,the paper concludes that the factors of training and social support have a prominent influence on the coping styles of middle school students,and that the stress source factors can not reach the specific optimization strategies.(5)To improve the coping style of the middle school students and improve the performance of sports should be carried out from the following aspects: to improve the competition experience of the middle school athletes,to improve the athletic level of the middle school students,to improve the importance and target setting of the middle school athletes,to improve the coaches ability To improve the external support and encouragement of middle school athletes.
