For a long time,track and field is a high-intensity,competitive sports event,the particularity of track and field events,resulting in track and field students in the process of training easy to produce sports psychological fatigue,resulting in sports performance is not ideal.Increase sports injury,shorten the training years and sports life of students.In this paper,questionnaire,psychological measurement and mathematical statistics are used to investigate randomly the influencing factors of sports psychological fatigue of track and field students in Wuhan Institute of physical Education.In order to reduce the emergence of sports psychological fatigue of track and field students,and to improve the study,some coping styles are given in order to solve some problems in this paper.The sports achievement of students can reduce the injury of students in track and field training,prolong the sports life of track and field special students,and provide information support for scientific training and competition.The data in this paper is analyzed,counted and processed scientifically by SPSS17.0 data statistic package and EXCEL software.Draw the following conclusions:(1)according to the current situation of the investigation,the track and field students have mild sports psychological fatigue,but the students’ physical and mental health development will not be affected by timely adjustment in peacetime.(2)there was no significant difference in the degree of psychological fatigue between boys and girls in gender variables.The P value in the dimension of reduction of sense of achievement is less than 0.01,which indicates that there is a significant difference only in the dimension of reduction of sense of achievement between boys and girls.(3)in grade variables,there was no significant difference in athletic psychological fatigue among selected track and field students.The P value of the lower sense of achievement was less than 0.05,so there was significant difference only in the dimension of decreasing the sense of achievement of different grade track and field students,but there was no significant difference between the other two dimensions.(4)there are significant differences between sports training specialty and physical education specialty in the variables of college and department.The degree of sports psychological fatigue of sports training majors is higher than that of physical educationthose of physical education majors.(5)There is a significant difference between the special variable and the special sports and the track and field and the tennis special.The P-values in the dimension of the emotional/physical exhaustion and the negative evaluation of the movement were 0.047 and 0.004,respectively,so there was a significant difference,and after the latter multiple comparisons,the P-values of the three dimensions were the lowest,the difference was the highest,and the track and field was between them.(6)finally,three core factors,training factor,learning factor and life factor,are obtained.Among them,the most important factor that affects sports psychological fatigue of track and field students is the training factor.(5)The training factors,the learning factors and the life factors of the three core factors are finally obtained,among which,the most important to the sports mental fatigue of the track and field is the training factor,the training factors include the teaching methods in the secondary index,the training situation and the injury.In this paper,the author gives eight ways to deal with the influence factors: to change the way of class or train,to strengthen the construction of the interpersonal relationship,to pay attention to the reasonable arrangement of the teaching time,to cultivate the hobbies and interests,and to take active adjustment measures after the sports,so as to ensure that there is abundant energy every day.The society gives support and attention and remains optimistic.From changing the way of class or training,strengthening the construction of interpersonal relationship,paying attention to the reasonable arrangement of class training time,cultivating hobbies and interests,and taking positive adjustment measures after exercise to ensure that there is plenty of energy every day and overcome the influence of emotional cycle.With the help of advanced instruments and equipment to deal with sports psychological fatigue.
