With the development of higher education from extension to connotation in China,the job burnout of local university teachers is becoming more and more serious in the fierce competition.Local university teachers bear the important role of teachers "and" teachers ",shouldering the sacred mission of morality education at the same time,shouldering the heavy task of scientific research,plays an important role in the cultivation of talents and economic and social development of their work enthusiasm.The emergence of job burnout has not only reduced the work enthusiasm and work quality of local university teachers,but also led to the decline of scientific research ability.How to solve the problem of local university teachers occupation burnout,stimulate the local university teachers' work enthusiasm,enhance the local level of teaching in Colleges and universities,is already a university management can not be ignored and need to face the urgent problem,also caused a lot of scholars and industry attention.Based on these considerations,this research starts from a micro perspective,according to the current situation investigation,factor analysis,intervention strategy--the research idea of the conclusion is the research of this paper.This subject takes Y University as the research object,and explores the status,influencing factors and intervention strategies of Y University's job burnout through the design of questionnaire.Firstly,by consulting the related researches of domestic and foreign scholars in job burnout,we know the current research situation,grasp the concept and theoretical basis,set up personal questionnaire,job burnout inventory and job satisfaction scale questionnaire.Secondly,through descriptive analysis,we comprehensively analyze the status quo of Y University Teachers' burnout.The results show that although job burnout is not very serious,a certain proportion of teachers have obvious tendency.Thirdly,the influence of demographic variables on the three dimensions of job burnout is studied by independent sample T test and variance analysis.The results show that it has different effects on various dimensions of job burnout.For further study,through stepwise regression analysis on the demographic variables and job satisfaction as independent variables,the regression found that the dimensions of Teachers Occupation Burnout: working environment,salary and welfare,job,age,interpersonal relationship and job title can predict emotional exhaustion.Work itself and age can predict personal accomplishment.Both the work itself and the working environment can be predicted to be humanized.On the basis of this,it is concluded that the phenomenon of teachers' job burnout is inseparable from the social environment,the school system,the individual situation and other factors.To reduce or eliminate job burnout is a very systematic project,and the parties must cooperate with each other to form a joint force.Therefore,the intervention strategies are analyzed from the society,the school and the individual teachers respectively.The social level: improve the social and economic status,the training of teachers on the reasonable expectations of teacher occupation;school level: sound and effective performance evaluation system,establish a reasonable compensation incentive system,strengthen the interpersonal relationship management and communication management,good teachers' mental health counseling and occupation career planning.Teacher level: correct understanding of job burnout,establishing high standard professional ethics,and improving their comprehensive quality.Through the research,we provide some countermeasures and suggestions for Y university to deal with the phenomenon of teachers' job burnout.At the same time,it provides some reference value for the development of local university teachers.
