There is a certain connection between employee job satisfaction and job burnout.Studies have confirmed that as the job satisfaction level of employees in some industries decreases,the degree of job burnout increases accordingly.Therefore,the relationship between employee job satisfaction and job burnout has been greatly affected.Scholars and practitioners value it.Beijing is the capital of my country,and also the political,economic,and cultural center of my country.There are a large number of swimming pools and swimming lifesaving practitioners.However,no scholars have studied the relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout of swimming lifeguards in Beijing.This research uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction and occupational burnout of Beijing swimming lifeguards,and explore the impact of Beijing swimming lifeguards’ job satisfaction on their occupational burnout To find out the factors restricting the increase in job satisfaction of swimming lifeguards in Beijing.It is hoped that the research results can provide a basis for improving the work quality of Beijing swimming lifeguards,promote the improvement of the work satisfaction of Beijing swimming lifeguards,and reduce their job burnout.Draw the following conclusions through systematic research:1.Beijing swimming lifeguards are less satisfied in five dimensions:benefits,rewards,salaries,promotion opportunities,and rules and regulations.In the three dimensions of job burnout,the degree of emotional exhaustion and low sense of accomplishment are higher than the degree of depersonalization.2.The job satisfaction of male lifeguards is lower than that of female lifeguards,and their job burnout is higher than that of female lifeguards.With the increase of age,the job satisfaction of lifeguards increases,and the degree of job burnout decreases.Married swimming lifeguards have higher satisfaction scores,and unmarried swimming lifeguards have higher job burnout.The job satisfaction of swimming lifeguards decreases with the improvement of academic qualifications,and the degree of job burnout increases.3.The overall job satisfaction of swimming lifeguards with intermediate or above technical titles is relatively low,and the degree of job burnout is relatively high.The job satisfaction trend of swimming lifeguards increases with the increase of working time,and the corresponding professional burnout gradually decreases.Low-income people are relatively low in job satisfaction and have a high degree of job burnout.4.The five indicators of salary,promotion opportunities,benefits,rewards,rules and regulations in the job satisfaction of swimming lifeguards in Beijing are significantly negatively correlated with job burnout.5.It can be seen that the five indicators of salary,promotion opportunities,benefits,rewards,and rules and regulations in the job satisfaction of swimming lifeguards in Beijing have a higher degree of explanation for occupational burnout.These five indicators are useful for swimming lifeguards in Beijing.Job burnout has the greatest impact. |
