This study discusses the relationship of the Middle school head teachers'role conflict, job satisfaction, job burnout and job performance by using interview method and questionnaire investigation. The questionnaire of role conflict refers to the role perception scale questionnaire of Rizzo et al. (1970);the job satisfaction questionnaire is worked out by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Psychology ; the job burnout questionnaire is An Xiaojing's job burnout questionnaire of the primary and secondary school teachers;the primary and secondary school teachers'job performance questionnaire is modified by An Xiaojing. And the role conflict questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire has modified some projects through interviews of some teachers and has the reliability analysis. This thesis chooses 452 middle school head teachers as subjects and uses SPSS13.0 to analyze of 408 valid data by the correlation analysis and regression analysis and investigates the comparison between the school head teachers'role conflict,job satisfaction,job burnout and job performance on demographic variables separately;the correlation of the four variables;the prediction of role conflict,job satisfaction, job burnout to job performance and the mediating effect of prediction between role conflict,job satisfaction, job burnout and job performance. The main results of this study are as follows:1. Middle school teachers,teacher gender, marital status, teaching objects, length of service,qualifications of teachers can affect role conflict, job satisfaction,job burnout and job performance.2. Role conflict,job burnout and job performance were negatively correlated; job satisfaction and job performance was positively correlated.3. Role conflict, job burnout,job satisfaction can predict job performance. Role conflict and job burnout on job performance prediction play a negative role;job satisfaction on job performance prediction play a positive role.4. Job burnout,job satisfaction at the role of conflict on job performance prediction plays an mediating effect.
