The campus is the most pure place,but in recent years,economic and political development has also witnessed a lot of bad social atmosphere.This has led to bullying incidents among pupils.The physical and mental health of the pupils and the security of their property are all harmed by bullying,and the normal teaching order is also destroyed.Primary school students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.Among the 1.3billion people in China,primary school students occupy the vast majority of the total population.According to statistics,as of 2017,there were a total of 99.130 million primary school students in China.However,there is a family behind each student.After the bullying incident,it is not only the parties but the whole family,relatives and friends that are affected.Bullying has a wide range of hazards.At present,many bullying incidents have shown a trend of young age,which has aroused the attention of the entire society.This study takes the problem of bullying in schools in XX Primary School in Jinan City,Shandong Province as an example.Questionnaire surveys and interviews are used to analyze the status of bullying behavior in a school in a primary school in Jinan from all aspects,and from four perspectives: society,school,family and individual.Analyzed the causes of pupil bullying in schools.Through reviewing the literature,we know that China's current prevention and control measures for primary school students' bullying,summarizing the current school children's lack of schoolyard bullying prevention measures,and put forward effective measures to prevent schoolchildren from bullying.This article is divided into four parts.The first chapter is an overview of school bullying.This part firstly defines the concept and summarizes the characteristics of bullying behavior on campus.The classification and manifestation of bullying are analyzed in terms of means and gender.This paper analyzes the harm of campus bullying from three aspects of society and school individuals.Bullying easily causes physical and mental harm to students,affects normal school order and harms public order.The second chapter is to use the questionnaire survey and interviews survey method,XX primary school in jinan of shandong province present situation and the manifestation of bullying behavior as the breakthrough point,from a bystander,bullying and bully three perspective,investigation and analysis of bullying cognition,forming time of bullying,bullying,the frequency of bullying,several aspects,such as processing of bullying behaviorway.The main research object of this study is primary school students.In order to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the study,I also interviewed teachers and parents.The third chapter,starting from the survey results,explains the causes of campus bullying from four aspects: society,school,family and individual.The erosion of bad social atmosphere and the lag of law have contributed to bullying in school.In terms of schools,it is mainly the disadvantages of education,weak education in mental health and imperfect prevention and control measures.Parents' education mode,the harmony degree of family relations,parents' own quality and values,family structure and so on all have influence on children's behavior deviation.Students' immature mind,lack of rational thinking and habitual use of force to solve problems are all problems that cannot be ignored.Chapter four puts forward effective countermeasures according to the causes and current situation of campus bullying.The state should establish anti-school bullying laws.All provinces and cities should build a collaborative anti-school bullying governance mechanism.Schools should improve prevention mechanisms and regulations.Schools should establish the awareness of preventing and controlling bullying on campus.Improve the handling mechanism of bullying behavior;Regularly summarize and track bullying on campus.Strengthening parents' education responsibilities and creating a harmonious family atmosphere;Strengthen home-school cooperation and do a good job in preventing and controlling bullying on campus;We will establish an anti-bullying system that combines family,school and society.Students of education correctly understand the harm of campus bullying and stay away from bullying.Guide students to establish anti-bullying awareness and prevent bullying at the source;Help students master the skills to deal with bullying and improve their ability to deal with bullying.
