With the development of society,the issues for the growth of young people continue to expand,and the general deviation behaviors such as campus bullying are important influencing factors exerting impacts on the healthy growth of young people.Attention has gradually increased on this topic,from the definition of types,the exploration of causes to the influence and resistance.Thinking,are constantly enriching the topic of research.However,scholars in the original study mainly conducted research on two types of bully and less on the bystander groups.This research category of onlookers is mainly in developed countries such as Europe and the United States and Taiwan and other regions.Research tends to be on the behavioral mechanism of onlookers,and less onlookers themselves have negative impacts and future on campus bullying.The negative consequences.This article emphasizes the relationship between general deviation behavior and the frequency of schoolboy violence bystanders' exposure to bullying.Through the analysis of the general deviation behavior of students in X middle school and the frequency of bystander contact frequency analysis and questionnaire interviews,we can uncover the frequency of contact with the bullying by the onslaught of the campus bully.There is a positive correlation between general deviation behavior and the explanation of the violence normalization model has deepened the relationship between the correlations in different degrees,that is,the long-term bullying environmental exposure,and imperceptibly under the influence of bullying.Knowing deviations and moral desensitization have misunderstood the consequences and forms of bullying,leading to the occurrence of individual general deviation behaviors.In addition,combined with this article in the X middle school research,through the school teacher's behavior against campus bullying prevention and control measures can glimpse the current school of campus bullying and other general deviation behavior management and education status quo and limitations,especially for The neglect of the bystander groups,that is,while focusing on the behavioral groups that we can see in the eyes of the injured and the injured groups,we often overlook the other group of people—spectators.Based on the above literature review and data analysis results,the study believes that strengthening the focus on bystander groups and reducing the adverse impact of their own frequency of contact with bullying can effectively slow down the understanding of error in bullying and reduce the possibility of general deviation behavior.It is the social work in the process of carrying out school services.In the past,it emphasizes that the research on bully and bullied people in bullying groups is concerned with the scope of migration to bystanders.On the one hand,it is through the grooming of the bystander emotions and the guidance of values,and reducing the misunderstanding of deviation behavior direction on Ling,on the other hand,through the positive guidance of bystanders,increase bystanders' positive intervention in the event of campus bullying,reduce the occurrence and adverse impact of bullying incident itself,and build a harmonious campus.
