| Teachers have always been in an important position in the process of education reform and development.Building a high-quality teacher team plays an important role in promoting the development of education.The improvement of professional competence of teachers is the key to strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the quality of teachers.Kindergarten teachers,as an important member of the teaching staff,are also very important in their professional competence.This requires us to keep an eye on the professional competence of kindergarten teachers,and to help kindergarten teachers recognize the current status of their professional abilities through the construction of scientific and reasonable evaluation indicators.Continuous improvement and improvement to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers.The Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standards(Trial)provides a detailed description of kindergarten teachers’ professional capabilities,including 7 abilities and 27 basic requirements.Based on the "Kindergarten Professional Standard(Trial)",this study uses a combination of literature,interviews,expert consultation,and questionnaire surveys to construct evaluation indicators for kindergarten teachers’ professional abilities that are suitable for Shanxi Province.First,through the literature review and interviews with 45 kindergarten directors in Shanxi Province,the primary and secondary indicators for the evaluation of Shanxi kindergarten teachers’ professional competence were preliminarily formulated.Secondly,20 experts of different types were consulted through expert consultation,and the evaluation indexes were selected and revised.Finally,in the form of aquestionnaire survey,300 kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province were asked to make important judgments on the selected and revised indicators,and reliability and analytical data processing methods were used to verify and improve the indicators and eventually formed.Based on the "Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standards(Trial)" evaluation index of Shanxi kindergarten teachers’ professional competence,including 7 first-level indicators,22second-level indicators and 85 third-level indicators.In the end,the paper rethought the insufficiency of the construction process of the evaluation index,and then put forward some suggestions on the application of the evaluation index. |
