With the development of science and technology and the reform of education,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.have changed the traditional teaching mode,and the new teaching mode has put forward new requirements for teachers’ information teaching ability.With the vigorous development of the social economy,smart tourism,online marketing,e-commerce,etc.have become the new development direction of the tourism industry,and the goal of digital talent training of vocational colleges in the tourism industry requires middle-level tourism professional teachers to master the basic information teaching methods,master the ability to integrate and innovate information technology and tourism professional teaching,master tourism professional software,improve and consolidate students’ professional skills,improve the digital thinking ability of tourism students,and help students develop digital behavior.The combination of information technology and practical teaching work has become one of the core capabilities of modern middle-level tourism teachers,so it is of great significance to reasonably understand and measure the information teaching ability of middle-level tourism teachers.At present,the research on the informatization teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers mainly focuses on the structural elements of teachers’ informatization teaching ability,the current situation and influencing factors of ability level,and the corresponding improvement countermeasures.There are not many studies that take the evaluation of the informatization teaching ability of secondary vocational teachers as the starting point,and the relevant research is not ideal in operability and pertinence,and the evaluation index system lacks systematic.Among them,the results of in-depth exploration of the information teaching ability evaluation index system of middle-vocational tourism professional teachers are relatively lacking.Therefore,from the perspective of teacher informatization teaching ability evaluation,this study takes secondary vocational tourism service and management teachers as the research object,and constructs a systematic and operable information teaching ability evaluation index system for secondary vocational tourism service and management teachers based on existing norms,in order to provide a reference basis for the development of information teaching ability of secondary vocational professional teachers.The main content of the study is to draft the evaluation index system based on relevant bases,adjust,revise and test the evaluation indexes through expert consultation and questionnaire survey,and complete the weighting of the indexes through the hierarchical analysis method.Specific steps:First,using the literature analysis method to sort out the research background,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,theoretical foundation and core concepts of the research topic,under the guidance of system theory and teachers’ professional development theory,based on the dimensional requirements for the development of teachers’ informatization teaching ability in the Digital Campus Specification for Vocational Colleges,the structural elements of secondary school teachers’ informatization teaching ability and the realistic needs of teaching in secondary school tourism service and management,based on the the existing evaluation system of secondary teachers’ informatization teaching ability,a preliminary evaluation index system of secondary tourism service and management teachers’ informatization teaching ability is formulated.Second,through the expert consultation method,the initial proposed indicators were deleted,combined and modified,on the basis of which the modified evaluation indicator system was transformed into a questionnaire,and the evaluation indicator system was tested through the questionnaire survey.Firstly,we conducted a prediction questionnaire survey,and did exploratory factor analysis on the whole research scale with the help of SPSS25.0 to delete and revise the indicators;then we prepared a formal questionnaire survey based on the revised data of the prediction questionnaire,and conducted exploratory factor analysis on each dimension of the evaluation index system,and finally determined that the evaluation index system contains 5 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators,43 tertiary indicators.Third,according to the determined evaluation indexes,using the hierarchical analysis method relying on Yaahp software to build a hierarchical structure model,through the construction of judgment matrix,calculation of weights,consistency test and other steps to achieve the weight distribution of indicators,to complete the construction of the evaluation index system of information-based teaching ability of secondary tourism service and management professional teachers. |
