Abstract/Summary:
With the transformation of education paradigm,the goal of education has been upgraded from "double base" and three-dimensional goal" to "subject core accomplishment".In the new round of basic education curriculum reform,the development of students’ core accomplishment and the implementation of moral cultivation are the fundamental tasks.The inclusion of physical education into the high school entrance examination brings vitality and vitality to school physical education.Quality education urgently look forward to working with the high quality resources don’t balance the contradiction between longitudinal lives gradually deepened,promote the development of teachers’ teaching,cultivating innovative talents,teaching according to education target interpretation to teachers professional connotation is badly needed for the development of the era,teachers’ professional literacy is the important factors that affect the quality of education level,build a professional teaching ability evaluation index system is to play a guiding role,Important way to enhance overall quality of teachers,but the requirements of the current middle school physical education teachers to professional teaching ability is not qualified,professional teaching ability evaluation indexes,the void content of disciplines teaching competencies targeted fuzzy,therefore this research by developmental orientation,build the index system of junior high school physical education teachers teaching ability,To establish the evaluation scale of junior middle school PHYSICAL education teachers’professional teaching ability,shorten the gap between the time’s demand for high-quality professional innovative teachers and the lag of teacher training.This paper will use literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method to junior middle school PHYSICAL education teachers professional teaching ability evaluation index system for research.In the literature on the basis of the preliminary plan evaluation index entries,verify the questionnaire reliability using cloning Bach coefficient,consistency coefficient reflects the expert consensus opinions,after three rounds of expert questionnaire results calculated eventually converge,consistency coefficient to determine the final evaluation system,through a questionnaire for empirical research,USES the factor analytic method to verify the result of recycling to,The conclusions are as follows:(1)the junior high school physical education teachers teaching ability evaluation index system was designed by preparation before class and ability,classroom teaching and implementation ability,evaluation and reflection ability,ability to track and intervention after class 4 first-level indicators and 16 secondary indexes,46 tertiary indicators,using expert score method,determining the weight of the weight of classroom teaching and implementation capacity is the largest,Tracking and intervention capability had the lowest weight.(2)according to the established evaluation index system of the scale,the junior high school physical education teachers teaching ability empirical research,through the data analysis found that the questionnaire reliability is 0.898,the structure validity of KMO value of 0.958,through the principal component analysis and orthogonal transformation method,extraction factor 6,content with the original set of indexes corresponding to the content,content validity and structure validity is good,It shows that the system is reasonable and scientific.(3)The pre-issued questionnaires were collected to analyze the basic situation of the survey objects,and the professional teaching ability level of teachers and their differences were analyzed based on gender,professional title and educational background.Most teachers were at an average and good level and had room for development.There is no gender difference in the performance level of teachers’ professional teaching ability,and professional title and educational background are different in the evaluation results of professional teaching ability.The system effectively and quickly evaluates teachers’professional teaching ability in the form of teachers’ self-test.
