| Kindergarten teachers are important torchbearers of children’s music education.Music literacy is one of the professional qualities that kindergarten teachers must have,and it is also an important basis for kindergarten teachers to carry out music education.The music literacy of kindergarten teachers directly affects the quality of music education received by children.In the field of practice,music literacy of teachers is usually taken as one of the important evaluation contents in the selection and evaluation of teachers in kindergartens.However,in the currentpractice,only the assessment of personal skills or open class is used to evaluate the music literacy of kindergarten teachers,which is lack of scientific and systematic evaluation methods.This problem has been paid attention to by the academic circle.No matter from the macro level of enriching the relevant theory of music education in kindergartens,or from the practical demand of promoting the construction of kindergarten teachers and improving the quality of music activities in kindergartens,a set of scientific system,strong operability and practical test can be used to evaluate the music literacy of kindergarten teachers.This study starts with the existing theoretical research,summarizes the practical experience,comprehensively applies the qualitative research and quantitative research methods,and takes the construction of the kindergarten teacher music literacy evaluation index system as the research core,in order to enrich the evaluation theory of preschool teachers and promote the development of early childhood education practice.This paper is mainly composed of theoretical research and applied research,mainly divided into the following six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,this paper introduces the reason and significance of the topic selection,and discusses the necessity and importance of building a music literacy evaluation index system for kindergarten teachers.Secondly,focusing on the theme of kindergarten teachers’ music literacy,this paper sorts out domestic and foreign literature and defines the main concepts and connotation of this paper.Chapter two is research design.This chapter clarifies the research idea as a whole,and specifically introduces the research purpose,content and how to carry out this research.The third chapter is the main content of this paper,that is,the construction process of kindergarten teachers’ music literacy evaluation index system.By combing the existing theoretical basis,combining questionnaire method and interview method,and comprehensively using SPSS and Amos data analysis software,the music literacy evaluation index of kindergarten teachers was constructed.The analytic hierarchy process was used to configure the weight of each index and determine the evaluation criteria,forming a complete evaluation index system of kindergarten teachers’ music literacy.The fourth chapter applies the constructed music literacy evaluation index system of kindergarten teachers in practice and tests it again.The evaluation index system was converted into corresponding questionnaires,and the music literacy of four kindergarten teachers was evaluated in a kindergarten,so as to analyze the operability and reliability of the evaluation index system.Chapter five is the discussion part.This paper discusses the constructed music literacy evaluation index and index weight of kindergarten teachers.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the innovation and deficiencies,and puts forward the idea of further research.The main conclusions of this paper include :(1)defining the concept and connotation of music literacy of kindergarten teachers.(2)combining interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other methods,a music literacy evaluation index structure of kindergarten teachers composed of 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators is formed.(3)the analytic hierarchy process is used to configure the index weights,so as to form a complete evaluation index system of kindergarten teachers’ music literacy.(4)apply the constructed evaluation index system to test in practice--this index system is basically suitable for evaluating the music quality of kindergarten teachers. |
