| Vigorously developing vocational education is an important strategic practice to solve the problem of labor unemployment and revitalize the economy.And enrollment as an important part of running vocational school,is a prerequisite for accomplishing school targets and cultivating social urgent talents.However,under the influence of traditional concepts,people can’t accept vocational education,which makes some secondary vocational school enrollment much more difficult.The number of enrollment is decreasing year by year,and the quality of students is declining.They become bottlenecks restricting the development of secondary vocational education,and solving the enrollment problem has become the focus of secondary vocational education reform.My paper adopt the “problem-cause-countermeasure” research model to analyze the policies of the enrollment of secondary vocational education,hoping to put forward some suggestions for the reform of enrollment policy.My thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is introduction,including research background,research significance,research methods,literature review,definition and the theoretical basis of the research.The second part simply introduces the development of enrollment system of secondary vocational education,and introduces seven types of secondary vocational school enrollment patterns in China.The third part is the analysis of current situation of enrollment system in secondary vocational school through questionnaire survey of teachers and students and interview with managers in secondary vocational schools in Jingmen of Hubei province.During my study,I find some problems:secondary education has little influence.We need to make the cost sharing mechanism of secondary vocational schools perfect.Enrollment autonomy of schools should be adjusted.Lack of unique recruitment system.Secondary vocational school enrollment information isn’t published on time nor entirely.We need to reform and improve teaching supports.And analyze the cause of the problem.The fourth part introduces solutions to the problems of analysis,from the construction of vocational education environment,education investment,adjustment of autonomy of the admission,the recruitment reforms,enrollment information publication to the secondary vocational education reform. |
