This thesis has investigated current situation of curriculum reform and teaching management system of secondary vocational school in Jilin Province. It has defined the reform in education taking reforming in the content of curriculums and curriculum system as thread of every vocational school, offered the support of theory , policy and practice for improving personnel training quality, settled good foundation for deepening the educational reform of the secondary vocational education further. However, the reforms of the content of curriculums and curriculum system are only a component of educational reform of secondary vocational education, with the development of the reform of secondary vocational education of our country to develop in depth, the existing teaching management system and operating mechanism haven't meet the needs of personnel training in the 21st century, demonstrate: though every secondary vocational school has made some phased achievements in the content of curriculums and curriculum reform, phased achievements have been less than satisfactory in effect and hindered the curriculum reform from implementing seriously, the reasons lie in teaching management system coordinated reform that has not carried on yet. This thesis tries hard to offer the guarantee of the system and mechanism for realizing innovation of the education system of secondary vocational and individualization, and also offer the rich and high-efficiency system environment for popularization and application of the for the first period reform achievement through the exploration 1 and study of the teaching management system of secondary vocational school.Because the teaching management system involves extensive content, so this thesis carries on breakthrough exploration and study only from teachers procession building, roll management system, construction of practice base and teaching quality evaluation system and proposes the concrete measure of teaching management system reform of secondary vocational school:(1) The teachers of the vocational school are one of the key elements of main human resources. Building one high-quality teaching body is not only raising the teaching quality of vocational school, but also realizing the root aim assurance of the vocational education. This thesis is to analyze the basic situation of teaching body of secondary vocational school and expound in many aspects about how solving current situation problem of teachers team at present, from improving teachers team structure, take many train way and method, setting up incentive mechanism, changing teacher management idea.(2) The specific schemes of the credit system are established. At present the vocational school has still carried on the school year system. It harms personality fosterity of the talents'.So the thesis puts forward and structure the management system which taking students as center " flexibility " and implement flexible credit system promptly in terms of student, through the study on the credit system theory, combine the reality of the secondary vocational school and the domestic and foreign condition that the credit system needs, then structure the implementing scheme of the credit system on this basis.(3) Confirm the opening style of practice teaching management system and thus offers the guarantee of the facilities condition to ensure the smooth implementation and operating of the credit system. Practice teaching of vocational school is the important comprehensive link to strengthen professional knowledge education, strengthen students' perceptual knowledge, improve students' overall qualities, train the students' practice ability and innovation ability. The thesis explain how the vocational school strengthen the construction of practice base from outside school to inside school respectively, propose that every vocational school should strengthen the infrastructure construction of the experiment, strengthen the teaching equipment control of the experiment, increase the input in fund, set up rational training facilities.(4) Establish the teaching quality evaluation system and evaluation index. In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of teaching management system, it is necessary to carry on the effective assessment to teaching quality in classroom, to establish teaching appraise every weight of evaluation index assign. At last propose teaching quality evaluation criterion and evaluation index of the food project professional. Meanwhile, establish the skill standard and examination scheme of food project professional.To sum up, this thesis explains the specific implementation way of teaching management system of secondary vocational school structure from teachers' building of contingent separately, the roll system, the opening style of practice teaching and teaching quality evaluation system, so offer operation platform and mechanism environment for promoting reform of the vocational education.
