The system of credits being adopted in secondary vocational school is an important measure to meet the needs of serviceable labors in social and economic development. After"certain amount of advice in gradually practicing the system of credits in vocational school"being issued, the system of educational management has been carried out in many secondary schools in various areas. In current, most of the researches on the reform of credits system in secondary school focus on the discussions of its necessity, and on the experience introduction, but without effects or problems being probed. The author of this article has investigated the practical course of the system of credits being adopted in Liaoyang city by using questionnaires. Based on the interviewing with the masters engaged in educational administraion, relative teachers and administrators, the author has systematically researched on the current states of the system of credits in vocational secondary schools and its achievements, problems and the reasons as well in Liaoyang city. As a rensult, the author put forward some countermeasures and advice on improving the system of credits being carried out in vocational secondary schools. This author expect to offer some valuable reference in pushing the reform of the system of credits in vocational secondary schools in China, so as to insure this new educational administrative system can service the development of education of vocational secondary schools better.
