Objective:With the rapid development of economy,the aging problem is becoming more and more prominent,and the selection of fitness items for the middle-aged and the elderly has become the focus of social attention.In the recent years,one of the hottest and most frequently used fitness methods has been square dancing,however the lacking physical functional training projects such as upper and lower limb strength,shoulder flexibility and muscle strength is scarce can affect the daily life of middle-aged and old people to the greatest extent.Therefore,the design and application of female middle-aged and elderly body-building dance based on the field of physical functional training is particularly necessary.Methods:A questionnaire survey was used to investigate and analyze the fitness behavior of middle-aged and elderly women.According to the functional test movement and national physique monitoring index,combined with the female middle-aged and elderly fitness status and fitness needs to design a set of physical functional fitness dance routine.Then selecting experiential objects from the experimental objects of Guangzhou Liwan District Retirement Association female square dance exercise crowd aged 55-65,40 people were randomly divided into control group of 20 people,experimental group of 20 people.In the control group,20 subjects in the experimental group were given a 12-week exercise instruction intervention three times a week for one hour,without any intervention,and the content of functional movements was measured after the experiment.The changes of body shape index,common body function index and physical fitness index were processed by statistical data after the experiment,and the comparison between the groups after the experiment was carried out.Results of the study:.1.The changes of functional indexes in middle-aged and elderly women after the experiment.After the experiment,the functional content Test index of female middle-aged and elderly people(30s seat standing,30 s arm flexion,shoulder flexibility)were obviously different from those before the experiment,and each test index was obviously superior to the control group.2.Changes of body shape index in middle-aged and elderly women after experimentCompared with the control group,the changes of body weight and body fat of the middle-aged and elderly women in the experimental group were significantly different from those before the experiment.3.Changes of common body function indexes in female middle-aged and old women after the experiment.The quiet heart rate,vital capacity and grip strength of the experimental group were improved to a great extent compared with before the experiment,with very significant difference,the changes of the index of sitting position forward flexion had significant difference compared with the control group.The study concluded that:(1)The combination of body-function training method and dance art has the integration of fitness function and dance art.(2)Functional fitness dance has a targeted role in promoting the female middle-aged and elderly body function.To a certain extent,it has a good role in promoting the female middle-aged body function,body shape,physical fitness.(3)The fitness dance with physical function as the training method is simple and easy to learn,and has strong acceptability.The subjects have a positive attitude towards the good fitness effect achieved by the functional fitness dance.The design of the functional fitness dance can meet the physical needs of the female middle-aged and elderly people to a greater extent,and it is worth popularizing and popularizing.(4)The application of functional fitness dance helps to strengthen the consciousness of selection of fitness functional items and the cultivation of good behavior habits in the elderly groups.
