| Private colleges and universities,as a new force in our country’s higher education,have a certain scale,but their own characteristics determine their extensive characteristics in teaching,which makes their badminton teaching have certain problems in the allocation of teachers,teaching content,teaching design and assessment methods.Taking badminton teaching in private colleges and universities in Hebei province as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire and interview to investigate and analyze the current situation of badminton teaching in private colleges and universities,and puts forward the implementation strategy of teaching reform.Through consulting a large number of documents and materials,on the basis of previous studies,through investigation and research,it is found that most private undergraduate colleges in Hebei Province offer badminton courses with a weekly class hour of 2.Only half of the schools are equipped with indoor venues,relatively lack of hardware facilities,weak teachers,more teaching contents and a single teaching method,and most have never used multimedia teaching.The subjects of the experiment were badminton teaching in the 2017 class of film and television photography and production and drama film and television class of Hebei Media University,with 80 students,the former being the experimental group and adopting the multimedia classroom teaching mode,with 40 students,including 28 boys and12 girls.The latter is the control group,using the conventional badminton teaching mode,with a total of 40 people,including 27 boys and 13 girls.The experiment lasted for 16 weeks and was conducted once a week.The variables in the experiment were strictly controlled,the same syllabus,the same assessment method and the same teaching teacher were used,and the other two badminton teachers were invited to score together to obtain an average score as the final grade.Through multimedia teaching experiments,it was found that multimedia teaching can significantly improve badminton skills in private colleges in Hebei Province,among which the number of forehand high-distance shots,forehand high-distance shots and the P value of technical evaluation in the experimental group are less than 0.05.Through experiments,it was also found that multimedia teaching can improve students’ autonomous learning,and most students are satisfied with the model.Students generally believe thatmultimedia teaching can improve classroom efficiency,actively mobilize learning interest,increase opportunities for learning and communication with each other,and can better cultivate their lifelong sports awareness.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimization and improvement from the four aspects of teaching staff,teaching content,teaching design and teaching evaluation,as well as the problems encountered in the experimental process,including starting from the teaching system,private undergraduate colleges in Hebei province should actively create a multimedia teaching environment,including the establishment of multimedia classrooms and the establishment of a full-network central control system.The construction of multimedia teaching resources,the creation of text resource library,the construction of video resource library;Attaches great importance to the construction of teaching staff,establishes a multimedia teaching platform and strengthens multimedia management.Starting from the teaching content,we can teach badminton basic knowledge through teaching video,and assist traditional teaching to teach badminton technology and pace through multimedia teaching,so as to improve students’ interest and teaching efficiency.Badminton classes in private colleges and universities in Hebei Province can be combined with multimedia to optimize teaching and enrich teaching modes so that the basic objectives in teaching contents can be well achieved.Starting from the teaching evaluation and combining with the evaluation strategy of multimedia teaching set up by the teaching system,the whole process of students’ assessment is recorded,and then the students’ tactics and tactics are analyzed to give students their final scores with a quantitative content,and it is hoped that more than three teachers will participate in order to obtain more objective and real results.Resetting the proportion of evaluation scores: attendance and class performance accounted for 20 % of the final scores,participation in practice videos accounted for 30 % of the final scores,and final technical and tactical assessment scores accounted for 50 % of the final scores.Through this study,I hope it can play a certain role in promoting badminton teaching in private universities in Hebei Province. |
