Henan X Private College is a full-time private undergraduate college established with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2016.There are more than 30,000 students and 1,000 teachers in the college.However,many troubles,such as high staff turnover rate,weak talent attraction,low job satisfaction and poor work efficiency,have brought severe challenges to the sustainable development of the college.The fundamental reason is the unscientific school salary system.Therefore,adhering to the concept of fair efficiency,benefit sharing,open and transparent and scientific planning,designing a reasonable and effective salary system,optimizing the talent team,guaranteeing the scientific allocation of human resources to the greatest extent and making everybody to use his talent not only help to improve employees’ job satisfaction and increase the talent attraction and staff work efficiency,but also strengthen the competitive power of the college and realize the connotative development power.According to this,the thesis basing on the salary theory and benefit sharing theory,with the introduction of the basic situation of the salary system of Henan X Private College,uses the method of survey interview to analyze and sort out the current situation,problems and causes of the salary of the college.In the end,the author designs the salary system optimization program for Henan X Private College from two aspects: objective and principle,and the core elements influencing the improvement design of salary system.In addition,the thesis puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the improvement plan from the four aspects: set up the common cognition mechanism of "benefit sharing",improve the teacher’s benefit expression mechanism,perfect the performance appraisal mechanism and construct the teacher’s salary supervision mechanism.It is hoped that through the study of optimization of the salary system of X College,the salary and performance can be combined to stabilize the internal teachers and attract external talents,so as to contribute to the modernization of the college’sgovernance ability and provide a useful reference for the salary management of other private colleges. |
