| Ten years of trees,100 years of people.With the continuous deepening of my country’s reform and opening up,the process of economic globalization is accelerating,and the strategic role of talents in national development has become more prominent.In order to expand citizens’ access to higher education,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have successively issued relevant documents to encourage private capital to enter the education field,to make up for the lack of public education,so that more young people can enter schools to receive education.Private colleges and universities not only have their role as schools,but also have their own corporate nature.The salary system of public colleges or enterprises is not suitable for private colleges.Based on this,this article takes A College of Finance and Economics in Henan as the research object to study its teacher salary system.The thesis first uses the literature research method to sort out the overview of the research on teacher compensation at home and abroad,to provide better direction reference and theoretical support for the development of the research;then through the questionnaire survey method to conduct realistic surveys,learn from the PSQ scale,and design from the salary system Questionnaires were designed in five dimensions: scientificity,internal fairness,external fairness,welfare satisfaction,and non-economic salary satisfaction.Subsequently,questionnaires were randomly distributed among the faculty and staff of the school for investigation,and it was found that there are some questions in the salary system of A School of Finance and Economics.The system is not scientific,the internal fairness of the salary system is not strong,the external competitiveness of the salary is not high,and the satisfaction of salary and welfare benefits is low;finally,around these problems,corresponding solutions are proposed,which are important to the teacher salary system of A Finance The optimized design was carried out to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized design plan,and corresponding safeguard measures were proposed.A School of Finance and Economics was established in 2004 and has gradually matured after 16 years of development.Research on the teacher salary system of a private college like A School of Finance and Economics can enrich my country’s research results in the optimization of the salary system.The research conclusions also have good reference significance for the same type of private colleges... |
