| There is no doubt that excellent full-time teachers play an important role in the development of private colleges and universities.As for the establishment of the salary system based on the development strategy of private colleges and universities,it is able to help private colleges and universities look for and encourage those full-time teachers being ready to do some contribution to their development,so as to realize the development goal.With 20 years of history since its establishment,X private university as a fulltime ordinary private university.By sticking to the school running principles of "honesty,pragmatism,excellence and career establishment" over the years,X private university has cultivated many talents for our country,which thus has won high recognition in the local region.While due to the reduction of the number of students in X private university over the years,it has led to the poor enthusiasm of the existing full-time teachers towards work,which has brought some influence and restriction on the development of X private university.While the appearance of the series of problems are inseparable from the imperfect salary system of full-time teachers in X private university that causes the serious loss of practical teachers.In view of it,the optimization on the salary system of full-time teachers in X private university is very necessary.In this thesis,the problems existing in the salary system of full-time teachers in X private university are diagnosed and an optimization plan is put forward.Firstly,the concept of salary and related theories are elaborated in line with theoretical research.Secondly,the data research method is adopted in this thesis to carry out systematic research on the status of X private university and the present status of the salary system,which is able to lay the foundation for the diagnosis of subsequent problems.Thirdly,the the problems existing in the salary system of full-time teachers of X private university are diagnosed and analyzed by adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and interview.Fourthly,it is necessary to determine the goals and principles of the salary system optimization,get clear of the salary optimization strategy,optimize the full-time teacher salary system in line with the diagnosed problems,and set up guarantee measures.When it comes to the optimization of the salary system,it is the complicated work that needs to last for a long time,which should be based on the specific situation of X private university to carry out constant improvement and correction,so as to make the salary system better serve the development goals of the university. |
