Based On The Practice Research Of The Parent-Child Relationship Improvement Group For Minors In Urban Subsistence Allowance Families

With the continuous improvement of the national economic level and the improvement of the subsistence allowance system,the life of urban low-income families has been improved.But as a result of urban low-income families the parents themselves some restricting factors,and growing social pressure of competition,they have to spend more time to work to make money,to cope with the normal living expenses and bring the cost of raising children.It is this kind of life background that makes parents of urban subsistence allowance families seldom have time to get along with and communicate with their children,and their children are in the stage of adolescence,so both parties are prone to parent-child conflicts,and it is very easy to cause bad parent-child relationship if not timely solved.In the course of internship,the author has the opportunity to contact the low-insured family members of the city.Through the communication with them,as well as social workers to work for a long time in a line communication,found that this group of parent-child relationship problem is more outstanding,they seek to improve parent-child relationship demand is relatively strong.Based on the interview,this author communicates with the parents of the urban low protection family and their parents to understand the source and requirement of the problem.In addition,six group activities were designed and carried out under the guidance of social learning theory and family system theory.It aims to increase the parent-child interaction time of the group members,improve the parent-child communication ability of the group members and learn parent-child interaction skills,so as to improve the parent-child relationship of the minors in urban subsistence allowance families.Through the measurement of the scale,the author confirmed that the group work plays a positive role in improving parent-child relationship.Based on the process of practical inquiry,the author summarized and reflected on the shortcomings of group intervention,and put forward reasonable Suggestions,which accumulated experience for the subsequent research on related issues.
