Study On Parent-child Relationship Of Urban Mobile Families

A large number of rural people in our country pour into the city,bringing a large number of labor force to the development of the city,accompanied by the large-scale migration of urban floating families,that is,bring new development and opportunities to promote the development of the city,but also appear related problems.For example,mobile families move into the city,mobile children in the new life,education will encounter difficulties,when the family as an important support system for children can play a correct role in supporting?Parent-child relationship not only affects family harmony but also is more important to children who are in a state of psychological and physical development.The problem of parent-child relationship in urban mobile families cannot be ignored.This is The writer analyzes the characteristics of parent-child relationship,the problems in parent-child relationship,the factors affecting parent-child relationship and the needs of parent-child relationship by consulting the literature of parent-child relationship of urban floating family,and conducting sample interview and scale measurement of mobile family in G street of Guangzhou.The results show that the low degree of intimacy between parents and children is due to the low level of education,the high intensity of work,the lack of communication skills and the inappropriate parenting style.Based on the theory of family communication,the social worker adopts the social work method of the group To improve the parent-child communication skills of mobile children as a starting point,to launch a "big hand-holding small-parent-child communication group." The group activities mainly focus on the skills of expression and listening in communication,and design games and expert lectures according to the characteristics of children's physical and mental development.It cannot only improve intercommunication consciousness and skills,but also promote the interaction between parents and children to provide aninteractive platform for parent-child communication,and then play a role in improving parent-child relationship.For the group practice effect,this paper adopts the method of combining quantitative and qualitative method to evaluate the effect of parent-child communication group activities,and explores the group social work method to improve the parent-child communication skills and change Effect of good parent-child communication.The study found that the social working methods of the group had some effect in improving the status of parent-child relationship of urban migrant children,the communication consciousness of parents was enhanced,the communication skills were improved,the form,content and social work performance of the group were recognized and affirmed by the group members,but there were also changes.Finally,according to the previous research and group practice results,this paper analyzes from the perspective of different subjects,and puts forward some methods and suggestions to improve the parent-child relationship.
