Family planning policy,as a basic policy, has undergone several major adjustments since the founding of New China.Although the population has been effectively controlled and the trend of rapid population growth has been greatly curbed,a series of social contradictions caused by population problems have become increasingly fierce. It has been more than three years since the State formally put forward the policy of "two children in an all-round way" in October 2015.The adjustment, perfection and implementation of this fertility policy is aimed at adjusting the current population structure of our country and alleviating the social problems and contradictions in the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way by our Party and government. In order to better implement the "comprehensive two-child" policy, the first issue to be considered is the reproductive choice of age-appropriate families. In the form of questionnaires, this paper selected the areas of Shijiazhuang where children are more intensive(Hebei Children's Hospital, the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University,Shijiazhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Shijiazhuang Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and several large shopping malls)as the investigation sites, and investigated the age-appropriate families. The results of the survey were quantitatively analyzed by using SPSS19.0statistical software, including frequency-to-hundreds ratio statistics,cross-contingency tables,chi-square test and so on.Finally,it is concluded that the two child fertility choice in Shijiazhuang age-appropriate families is influenced by the nature of household registration, occupation, permanent residence, average monthly income of the family, the age of the first child, family factors, policy factors and other factors, but not by gender and the gender of the first child ets.
