Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Second Child Birth

Population is destiny.The development of a country and the progress of society cannot be separated from the improvement and advancement of population policy.Profound changes have taken place in China's social population structure in recent years,the demographic dividend gradually reduce,Jane increasingly serious aging,to solve the problem of population under the new era,the seeking of population and economy,society,resources and environment coordination and sustainable development,our country since 2015,when the full implementation of two child policy.The two-child policy has been implemented for more than two years,and the fertility level has not rebounded,and the fertility rate is still significantly lower than the replacement level.For the different families,especially for family fertility of women,especially several glad several sorrow:some rejoiced because of the open policy,therefore some carry significant fertility pressure from family.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the fertility intention and the influencing factors of social members to study the fertility level and trend of the whole society.This paper is based in N city in Jiangsu,Jiangsu has high degree social development,with large population,and implement comprehensive after two child policy,Jiangsu accept the second child birth number is greater than the actual birth to two children,visible under the Jiangsu youth has not yet decided,there is a big number of people who hesitate whether to have two children is a substantial one,the reasons behind the hesitation is worth in-depth study.This article adopts the way of qualitative research,focusing on has one child,age between 20 to 35 years old of women of childbearing age,in-depth interviews 24 no birth two children program at present,in the family don't want to birth or hesitate whether psychological stage of women,the cost of raising children and utility from family,women to have personal opportunity cost and the change of attitudes to discuss the reasons behind the three.The second child is not only an individual behavior,but also the behavior of the family system.It is not an impulsive individual behavior,but a rational choice made by economic rationality,weighing advantages and disadvantages.Specifically,in terms of cost,the respondents lack the two children to care for resources and affect the willingness to bear children.At the same time,the respondents generally believed that the economic cost of raising a child need to pay a high,in addition to the basic investment,there is a lot of education investment;respondents hope limited economic resources can be concentrated to a child;the pressure on the pushy anxiety brings to the child body and mind.Spending on children is generally more than a third of household income,and rebirths are a financial burden.In terms of utility,respondents family look for in a child's utility is low,for the idea of support does not recognize,the pension prospects and fully believe that national pension system,gradually improve the old-age security of weaken the utility of children.For women themselves,having a second child will enable women to invest huge career development costs and leisure time costs and change the current pace of life.Finally,the changes of the traditional concept also effect fertility intentions,on the one hand,because of the older generation idea gradually open,a young couple to master nuclear families reproductive rights,at the same time the rise of women and men's lack of child care and enjoy a decisive voice to make the women in the family.Although most interviewees have a certain gender preference or ideal for both men and women,it is not enough to promote their reproductive behavior.Although respondents lack of power,but must be clear,open birth to optimize the population structure,stable economic development,and promote family harmony,enhance the risk resistance ability of the family,and children grow up healthy personalities,etc.all have important significance in many aspects.Therefore,the second child has a macro and micro dual necessity.Therefore,to promote the implementation of the two-child policy requires the multi-party efforts of society,family and individuals.The country needs to introduce relevant policies of humanization and family,give birth support,improve the employment guarantee for women,regulate the domestic service industry,and promote the reproductive values of many children.Families need members to share responsibility,and men need to give their wives the necessary support and help.Women should improve their ability to resist pressure,rational consumption,and face fertility.
