In the era of economic and technological development,China's higher education has also entered a new development ladder.In the academic field of higher education,teaching quality has become one of the focuses of scholars.In the face of the urgent need to improve the quality of teaching,we must first solve the problem of quality training under the quality,so that the quality of education will be improved.The quality of learning can reflect the quality of education in a school,and the degree of learning input can be used as an important basis for measuring the quality of learning.The degree of learning input can not only reflect the learning situation of college students,but also affect the learning effect of college students to a certain extent.Investigating the degree of academic input of graduate students can help us understand the learning situation of students,and on the other hand,can effectively assess the quality of education in universities to help schools improve their education and teaching.In recent years,the quality assessment of higher education in China has gradually begun to reflect the quality of education in colleges and universities from the perspective of students.Therefore,the degree of study input of graduate students can be regarded as a better attempt to reflect the quality of college education from the perspective of students.Based on the research on learning engagement by domestic and foreign scholars,"Graduate training quality"as the background,based on learning theory into the development of theory and the students,in order to"learning engagement"as the breakthrough point,from learning behavior,learning,cognitive input and emotion into three dimensions.These three dimensions include eight sub-dimensions,namely:"The amount of reading and writing","Degree of academic participation","Social practice","Active learning in and out of class","Cooperative learning in and out of class","Career planning","Learning expectation" and "Teacher-student relationship".Through these aspects,a questionnaire was compiled to investigate the degree of learning engagement of postgraduate students in Yunnan University.Through the analysis of the students' learning input data,the following problems are found:the students' learning behavior is low;the students lack learning goals and career planning;the teacher-student relationship has certain hidden dangers.The reasons for the problems found were analyzed,and the following suggestions were made:firstly,to strengthen the institutional guarantee in the process of postgraduate training;secondly,to clarify career planning and improve students'professional ability;thirdly,to strengthen the teacher management system.Finally,this paper summarizes the paper and finds its shortcomings and looks forward to the future.
