Through the research on the teacher-student interaction and the learning involvement of postgraduate students in the graduate education system,it is helpful to explore and solve the problems in the process of teacher-student interaction in a timely manner,which is conducive to creating a good interactive atmosphere,improving the degree of learning involvement of postgraduate students,cultivating and improving their theoretical knowledge,scientific research ability and practical ability,so as to promote their better integration into the society.Therefore,based on domestic and foreign researches on learning engagement and teacher-student interaction,this study summarizes the core concept of this study:learning engagement and teacher-student interaction.This paper reviews and summarizes relevant theories and viewpoints on teacher-student interaction and learning engagement.Based on social interaction theories,this paper draws on mature questionnaires and scales to modify and form the questionnaire for this study,and conducts questionnaires on 596 postgraduate students from Beijing Normal University,Tongji University,East China University of Science and Technology,Anhui University of Finance and Economics and Hebei North University.This paper discusses the teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching,scientific research activities and social practice activities,as well as the actual input of learning motivation,learning attitude,learning behavior and learning satisfaction,aiming to explore the actual situation of the interaction and learning engagement between students and teachers.Then,on the basis of the questionnaire results,a further interview survey was conducted on the interaction and learning perceived by 13 master’s students.It was found that the positive interaction between teachers and students could promote the learning involvement of master’s students,but the lack of interaction between teachers and master’s students would have a negative impact on the learning involvement of master’s students,which was mainly manifested as teacher-led interaction in classroom teaching.Low graduate participation;The interaction frequency between tutors and graduate students is low,and the teacher-student relationship is distant.Graduate students lack initiative in academic activities and research tasks.In view of the above situation,this study puts forward specific suggestions to improve the teacher-student interaction and enhance the learning engagement of postgraduate students from the level of school,teacher and graduate students.First of all,schools should establish a platform for teachers and students to communicate,and adopt various channels to promote teacher-student interaction.Specifically,hardware and software facilities should be built and maintained to create a good interactive environment.Encourage and support teachers to guide graduate students to "go out"more,enrich the practical experience and academic experience of graduate students;And strengthen the assessment and examination of the interaction between teachers and students in school teaching,in order to improve the quality of teaching.Secondly,teachers should constantly improve the teaching level,build interactive mode,specifically need to improve the classroom teaching design,the implementation of effective classroom management;Enrich the classroom teaching model,and promote students to participate in interaction from multiple dimensions;And respect the principal position of postgraduates in learning,pay attention to the diversity of their needs.Finally,postgraduates should correct their learning attitude and improve their willingness to interact with teachers.Specifically,they should change their bad learning concepts and clarify the purpose and motivation of interaction.Give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of participating in the activity,so that the interactive content is richer;And strengthen self-evaluation and reflection,and learn to communicate with teachers. |
