Curriculum is the center of teaching; therefore, the quality of higher education, to great extent, depends on the quality of curriculum. Traditionally, the evaluation of curriculum put too much emphasis on planning and text, with little concern for the student's learning. From the perspective of "Student-centered" learning, the author investigated the relationship between the evaluation and engagement of college students' effective curriculum learning experience, evaluated the quality of education indirectly, and proposed innovation of teaching mode. The thesis is composed of five parts:Introduction: Through literature review, Propose research problems and significance under the background of National Higher Education Quality Strategy, and define core terms.In the literature review, the author synthesized development of evaluation of education quality, curriculum theory and learning theory, and the theory and empirical research on learning experience at home and abroad.Design of Study: State research methodology, subjects, research design, and research process.Statistical Analysis : First, For finding out the general information of student's curriculum learning, the author investigated the background information, such as the evaluation of student's effective curriculum learning experience and engagement, the supportive environment. Second, Through the analysis of relationship of the evaluation and engagement of learning experience, pursue the factors that influence the curriculum learning engagement; Finally, the author analyzed the effect of background information on the evaluation and engagement.Findings and Conclusions: Through the investigation and analysis,we could arrive at the conclusion: there exists contradictions between cognition and behavior about effective learning experience,the students curriculum learning experience is single, autonomous learning lack effectiveness ,and, it is obviously that exchange learning is insufficient. Therefore, in order to improve the education quality, the author suggests: strengthening students' work, to make students engagement in the college life; reform the teaching methods, to improve the teaching quality; promote autonomous learning, expand students'learning space; build the communication channels, to promote students' exchange learning; improve school support environment, encourage students'engagement.
