With the continuous expansion of the number of graduate students in institutions of higher learning and the increase of the proportion of graduate education in national education,the quality of education has become an urgent concern.The degree of learning engagement of graduate students can positively predict and reflect the learning state and learning effect of graduate students,effectively explore and solve the problems of learning engagement of graduate students,and improve the degree of learning engagement,which is helpful to improve the quality of graduate education.At the same time,it also adapts to the trend that the current higher education quality evaluation system in China is gradually shifting from resource input evaluation to students as the main body of education.In H university as an example,this study in the study of related theory and academic dynamic,on the basis of using the method of case study and comparative study,data collected through questionnaire and interview,in H university education master’s graduate students in the learning motivation,learning attitude,learning behavior,learning satisfaction and learning in four related dimensions,the overall analysis and devotees in the same dimensions on comparing and analyzing different characterization revealed phenomenon,causes of specific analysis,and advances some corresponding countermeasures.The content is divided into five parts: The first part reviews the existing related research on learning input,and understands the current research status of the concept,measurement tools,current situation,causes and countermeasures of learning input.The second part determines the theoretical basis,research ideas,measurement tools and research methods of this study.The third part,the overall analysis and comparative analysis of the current situation of the education graduate students’ learning investment in H University.The fourth part,from the school,teachers,students three aspects of the influence of H University pedagogy master’s study input factors.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve and optimize the learning input of the postgraduate students of pedagogy in H University.The final results show that in terms of learning motivation,internal motivation is dominant under the influence of internal and external dual motivation,but the dominant degree of motivation is different.In terms of learning attitude: the overall learning attitude is more correct,high investment of learning initiative is stronger;In the aspect of learning behavior: the overall is above the average level.There are significant differences in learning behaviors among high and low input groups.In terms of learning satisfaction,the overall self-satisfaction is average,the objective environment satisfaction is high,and the satisfaction of all aspects of low input groups is lower than that of high input groups.At the same time,it is found that the learning engagement of the postgraduate students of education in H University is influenced by individual attitude,cognition,attribution,teacher’s guidance,course style,school resources and related management system,etc.In order to effectively improve the learning input of the postgraduate students of education in H University,it is necessary to put forward suggestions and countermeasures from the relevant bodies of the school,teachers and students.
