| With the acceleration of globalization and urbanization,many young people choose to fight in big cities for better development.They leave their hometown and fight in big cities alone,accompanied by huge work pressure and lack of emotion,making them gradually become "empty-nest youth" in big cities.According to the survey,most empty-nesters suffer from the same problem,that is,the decline in interpersonal skills.Therefore,this paper takes "empty-nest youth" as the research target,analyzes the reasons for the decline in their interpersonal skills,and designs corresponding activities to improve the interpersonal skills of "empty-nest youth".This paper studies empty-nesters under the framework of interpersonal trait reflection theory and social equilibrium theory by using the group working method of reciprocity model.From the perspective of subjective intention and communication ability,this paper analyzes it from two aspects of psychology and ability.The author helps volunteers "empty-nest youth" to set up a mutual development group,so that "youth with the north" to know friends with common problems,resume mutual aid network.According to the characteristics of the model group,the members are encouraged to support each other with their own resources and abilities.According to the scale data of the group members before the activity,the author graded the 6 group members according to the gradient,and selected the group members with less social problems as the group leader according to their comprehensive quality,so that the group members could carry out the intra-group building activities by themselves.The workers act as observers and mediators to assist the team members.In this study,six group activities were held.After the six activities,the author integrated the data of interpersonal communication ability scale and other data before and after the activities,combined with the feedback and reflection of the group activities,analyzed the collected data and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.It is found that the group working method of reciprocal development model is helpful to improve the interpersonal skills of empty-nesters.This study takes "empty-nest youth" as the research object,which has attracted extensive attention in the past two years.This study is pioneering in the interpersonalcommunication of "empty-nest youth".At the same time,this study USES the mode of reciprocity to encourage group members to interact and help each other,and emphasizes that "empty-nest youth" can get out of the dilemma through interaction and mutual assistance,fully reflecting the working concept of "helping others and helping themselves" in social work.Youth is a stage that everyone has to go through.During this period,all factors will have an impact on their future development,especially interpersonal skills.Good interpersonal skills can effectively improve one’s overall quality.The development of youth has always been an important issue of social concern,and this study provides some reference for the group work of "empty-nest youth".Finally,combined with the research results of the group work,the paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions for improving the interpersonal skills of "empty-nest youth". |
