Research On Technology-oriented "Empty-nest Youth" In IT Industry From The Perspective Of Corporate Social Work

Competition in modern society is fierce,survival rule of survival of the fittest permeates every modern enterprise.In order not to eliminated by the society and market,every one in the IT industry technical staff are working hard,long life and work in a high strength,high pressure and narrow network environment,loneliness,depression,anxiety,anger and other negative emotions is easy to induce and deepen,directly or indirectly affect their participation in the economic activities and social life.With modernization and urbanization,more and more in the IT industry technical staff to leave home to go to big cities in work and life,formed a single,foreign land alone,lack of emotional relying on the technology of IT industry "empty nest" youth groups,they are not only in the IT industry the severe working environment,also with the "empty nest" youth group characteristics of single,foreign land alone,compared with ordinary employees in the IT industry,are more likely to become a high-risk population of negative emotions.Nowadays,as a professional intervention to promote the coordinated development of employees,enterprises and society,corporate social work is in the ascendant.Therefore,from the perspective of corporate social work,this paper takes technology-based "empty-nest youth",who are more prone to negative emotions in IT enterprises,as the research object.At the beginning of the study,the two X city IT enterprise zones as the main,deals with seven IT companies and casual research object "offline" survey,supplemented by the IT industry related social groups,BBS and stick "online" mode questionnaire and scale,and the 5 X city is engaged in the IT industry's technology "empty nest" youth semi-structured interview.The results show that the subjects generally have high negative emotional score,lack of rational cognition,single processing mode,etc.,which are caused by single living,emotional support,entertainment and work attributes.In the middle stage of the study,the group method was applied to the social work of the enterprise to carry out the negative emotion regulation group for the purpose of improving the self-knowledge and negative emotion cognition of the group members,realizing individual energy enhancement,and establishing the social support system,so as to provide a set of methods and models for regulating negative emotion.In the later stage of the research,the research content is summarized and the reflection obtained in the research process is summarized.
