Dissociated From The Edge Of The City-the Survival Status Of The Nightclub "Little Bee"

Along with the process of urbanization,the marginal groups have gradually become an integral part of the urban life.Their lives have also been increasingly concerned by the government and various circles of society.As the marginalized group of modern cities,the nightclub "little bee" is very few being included in the scope of theoretical research,this article seeks to study the survival status of "little bee" and make a brief overview of the marginal groups which they live.It provides a basis reference to the current work of social governance and social integration in China.This article focuses on the research and study of nightclub "little bee" in Xujiahui District of Shanghai.From the perspective of feminism and social mobility theories,it studys deep into each big nightclub,can view them from the perspective of neutrals,does not wear colored glasses to analyze and judge them,treats them objectively and impartially,can respect and accept them,and conduct the research on their daily life,work process,inner feelings and other aspects.This research mainly uses the field investigation method,and interview-based method.It deepens into them to conduct a comprehensive investigation and research on their living conditions,and obtains the first-hand information of "little bee".Among them they have different backgrounds,different family situations,different reasons and goals for entering the career,but generally speaking,the people in this group are generally from poor or ordinary families,and the families have a heavier burden,even some families have been in heavily debts.such a birth,such a family background objectively became the thrust of they entry into the line.Among them,some people quickly adapted to this kind of life after entering the industry and had feelings for the industry,but most people showed a lot of discomfort to the industry,even if the job brought good salaries to them.In addition,most people complain thatthey have been treated unfairly,are ridiculed by people,and may even be invaded by guests.The unfair and insecure factors that they have encountered since they entered the industry were unfair to them.Therefore,they appeal to all sectors of society to give them more care.The structure of this paper mainly includes five parts.The first chapter is the introduction of the article.In this part,it includes the origin and background of the study,the theoretical and practical significance of the study.The second chapter is the literature review and concept definition.The literature review mainly discusses from three angles.Firstly,it collects and summarizes the overall situation of the study of female workers in nightclubs,followed by the description of the contents and characteristics of the existing studies,then point out the shortcomings and deficiencies of these studies.The definition of the concept is to discriminate and distinguish the concept of nightclub "little bee".In addition,the main body of the thesis is drawn in this chapter,which defines the concepts and groups of nightclub "little bee".The third chapter is the theoretical perspective,design and method of this study.The theoretical perspective is also to explain what the theory uses in this study.This paper mainly adopts and applies feminist theory and social mobility theory.The design and methods of the study illustrate the research objects,research objectives,research contents,and research methods and steps of the study,as well as a simple reflection on their own research.The fourth chapter is the center of this article's research,namely,the nightclub "little bee" 's living condition.After detailed observations and interviews,I separately from their background and major learning and social experience;the reasons and purpose of entry into the line;the characteristics and changes of the life that before and after entry into the industry;their attitudes,opinions and experiences to the industry;The work environment,work process and content of the job;their economic income and treatment;the ventures and risks they may suffered;their plans and expectations for future careers or lives,The fifth chapter is the conclusion part.This chapter mainly summarizes the main findings of this research,and tries to put forward feasible suggestions and opinions in the process of comparison with previous researches,and briefly explains the feelings they gained in the research.And the inspiration,of course,should also add to the problems and limitations of the study,and it also provides simple thinking and summary.I hope through this research which can truly reflect their living conditions and reveal their inner worlds and allows more people to understand their hardships and difficults,people can see their careers in a fair and equal manner,and be able to help them if conditions permit,and improve their living conditions.
